“A friend gave us a jar of the fresh red chile sauce and we loved it. When I went to their website to see the products they offer, I signed up for their newsletter that includes recipes and they offered a free first jar to me. I appreciate this because I wanted to try the Xtra Hot before I order several jars. I recommend this to people who want the "real stuff". It is delicious and habit forming. I enjoy serving this sauce when I have guests that like good, hot chile.”

“Awesome. I purchased Hot and Xtra Hot chili sauces and all I can say is, dynamite! I will ask Fresh Chile Co to please stop shipping your product packed with nurmies/styrofoam peanuts - they’re hideous, messy, and were long ago replaced with bubble wrap. Bill B Simi, CA”

“Haven’t tried the sauce yet. Just got my replacement for 2 broken jars. I Ordered 5 jars 2 got broken in the mail. 2 were just fine. 1 was covered with mold and dried sauce. Even under the edge of the cap. Can’t even read the label. They were super friendly and offered to replace the broken jars. But not the one that was covered in mold and dried sauce. They told me to just wash it off. Which it didn’t wash off. I didn’t feel like I should have to store it like that. And thru it away. You pay for a good product you should get it in every way. And I don’t understand it the owners are so nice. And The post office should have had to pay for all the damage anyway.”

“We have enjoyed the taste of the chiles, but there is absolutely no heat. By the time I ordered, medium was the hottest available. I ordered it as a treat for my husband who was born and raised in New Mexico. It was disappointing, after roasting 20 lb., for the end product tasting like a regular bell pepper. I did just place an order for the jarred extra hot. We are going to mix it in hopes of enjoying our hatch green chile with a little kick to it.”

“I have to say, I REALLY love all their chile blends. The flavor is so heavenly and since moving from New Mexico to Alabama, you can't find anything authentic. It really needs to be on the shelves at stores across the US. I wouldn't have to worry about stocking up. Lol. I will continue to order more and refer anyone to them that wants superb fresh chile.”

“I received my first order of a 3 pack of the child sauce, and the Fed one broke in shipping . I emailed the company and sent them a picture. They promptly sent me a new one . What a great 👍 company thank you ,I look forward to using it. I will let you know how it comes out . Great child's and flavors.”
