“The products are amazing. I especially like that there are levels of hotness to choose from. The products show up in the mailbox, well-packaged and the customer service is great. I find the subscription order confusing in that I cannot find my subscription on the web site to modify it. I inadvertently set up 3 subscriptions.”

“I have never before seen "Red" fresh New Mexico chilies except as the green chilies ripened or were dried for Ristras. The Red Roasted Chile is fabulous with a sweet spicy flavor all to it's own. Great job Randy and Carol.”

“FCC keeps their customers involved and the quality of the products is outstanding. I use the hatch Chile seasoning on my grilled corn, grilled catfish and I even put a little sprinkle on the roasted garlic bread that I grill. Delish!!!!”
