“Showed up despite the near levels of tomfoolery and fire, plagues to purges. They were all fresh, ready to roast and full of that flavor that can only come from well sourced and loved Chile’s. I wanted them a bit spicy and damn if they didn’t deliver I will be doing this as an annual practice from here on out. Great price, fast delivery.....and most importantly-they taste Devine! 80 lbs-2 barbecues on high and a vacuum packer that nearly wore out. Have no worries but be prepared to work. We had green chili on pasties-comfort food on high Tonight and don’t we all need a bit of comfort food to survive these days lately?”

“We miss our fresh Hatch green chile and have been very happy with the jarred chiles. We went through our first 6 jars really fast and ordered more. Our friends in Hawaii are very impressed with our green chile recipes, so much better than canned chiles. Shipping is so fast! Looking forward to our frozen roasted chiles. Mahalo!!”

“I have been a fan of Hatch chiles for years. I lived in Colorado 13 years where chili verde recipes were as contested over as much as much as red chili in Texas where I have lived for 24 years. I look forward to the Hatch chile season each year, but I have never found any Hatch products that compared to fresh Hatch chiles like the ones from The Fresh Chile Company - especially the Hatch Spice Blend, the likes of which I have never found before. I put it on everything, Colorado based or Texas. Thanks, Tom Person, Euless TX”

“I have NOT gotten 1 product that i dont LOVE!! The owners make you feel so Welcomed heck i want to go visit them in their house and have dinner with them. I literally cant afford to keep buying the products as fast as we go thru it. On my Christmas list is i want 2-3 cases of especially the Papa Salsa and my next favorite oh Lord whats the name of it.. The newest seasoning. I cant say enough of How much i Love this Company and the products.”

“The Fresh Chile Company has a wide range of products - chiles, salsas and seasonings - in a wide range of heat levels to suit every taste and tolerance level. I have not checked every list of ingredients on every jar but none of those I have checked listed added sugar. Since I am a Type 2 diabetic this is a big deal for me - great taste that won't hasten my demise!! We are working our way through all the wonderful recipes on their web site and the Chile Verde is the best!”
