“Fist batch of green Chile was great. Nice and thick with chunks of chilies. Got the mild. Second batch i ordered seemed to be thinner with more water in it. I will give it another try to see how it is next time. If it’s thinner again I will not buy again.”

“The products I purchased were great. However, I find the cost too high to order again. I considered purchasing fresh chili to make salsa but the cost was extremely high compared to other New Mexican chili companies.”

“OKAY. You asked. Overall very good salsas. I am a Texan in AL. Used to own land in Angel Fire. Kinda obsessed with your life / setup. I make my own red / green salsa. Have contemplated bottling it. Don't make my own peppers, but feel confident in my recipe. I use jalapeno/hab blend for red. Honest feedback? If you want it. I am a stickler for fresh ingredients. Especially in Alabama. It sets salsas apart. I bought the green and red salsas. IMO - your heat is spot on. That is good. I would improve the flavor of both salsas - especially the green. In particular - more cilantro, lime, garlic, vinegar. Once again - my opinion - to someone with giant amazing ranch in Santa Fe (jealous as hell) making a living off of salsa and growing your own peppers. I'll order again. Nice job. Do you need an onsite lung doctor for your ranch? available for hire. Sincerely Alan”

“I saw the products online and because I had previously lived in New Mexico,decided I wanted to try them. My order arrived quickly, and the Pure Hatch Green and the Red and Green Blend took me back to my days in Albuquerque. I have ordered additional products for me and my sister, but they have been delayed, so I am still waiting for the second order.”

“I have purchased and used all of your different bottled chile products. Didn't notice it in my first orders of your products, but subsequent orders have had too much of a citrus flavor in my opinion. I do not care for a citrus flavor in my chile. I'm sorry to have to tell you this. If you will do something to lessen the citrus flavor, I will continue to purchase your bottles of chile. All of them have it, some styles more than others, though.”
