“Best red sauce I have ever had and I’m a native New Mexican. We use it in Posole, tamales, Chili Colorado, enchiladas and I pour it over my eggs. It is absolutely delicious. I discovered it in a hole in the wall Mexican restaurant in Las Cruces. My wife is from Chihuahua Mexico and is an excellent chef. She has made me her traditional flat enchiladas made with her homemade sauce made out of pods. This sauce made out of fresh roasted red chili was genius. Also they’re customer service is exceptional. Well done.”

“I found this company quite by accident when I was looking for a company that actually sells Hatch Chili's. I am so glad I did. The products they sell are absolutely amazing, the taste, texture is really heaven in a jar. I have used them when I made Chili, fantastic, and there are so many other things I want to make with this product, I just can't wait to start cooking. I want you, the company to know, that I am a trained Chef, and have been cooking for over 40 years, so I know what I like, and I more then like this product, I love it!!”

“I read several positive reviews of Fresh Chili Company products and decided to order both medium red chili sauce and the hot green and red blend chili sauce. When delivered, we sampled both products and were delighted with the taste and quality of both sauces. We are already planning to order more as soon as we finish these jars.”

“This is the first time I've ordered anything from you all, my brother-in-law usually ships us a box of Hatch chiles every year. I ordered the 3 jar variety pack and the taste is outstanding. Had to order more as Christmas presents for family.”

“My go to when I’m craving New Mexican food. Great flavor, consistently high quality. I’ve unfortunately lost my “heat tolerance” as a result of cancer treatment (all is good now) but the mild has just enough bite to enjoy without scorching me. People often miss that heat is a byproduct of providing good flavor. Fresh Chile Co provides FLAVOR.”
