“I knew Randy from working at behind the meat desk at Toucan in Cruces. Great family who produces great chiles. Now that I have moved far away from Cruces, I'm very happy about still being able to buy his chile sauce.”

“I love spicy chile and this has great spice to it, very flavorful and is pretty chunky. One jar usually last me about a week depending on what I make more food but goes well with pretty much all foods.”

“We sat and ate almost the entire jar of Papa's Salsa in one sitting. I had the remainder of it the next day on scrambled eggs. Yum!”

“I grew up on Hatch chilis. I finally found a place that really uses Hatch chili. It was perfect and the levels of heat was an added bonus. We eat spicy and the extra hot is. I especially love the purity of the Pure products. Only chili.”

“Really enjoy their products. Just got in the Papa's Salsa (medium) in and it has a great taste and not hot at all in our opinion. Got to get Mama's mow. Sure enjoying the recently purchase products...now waiting on my Hatch Chiles. Love to cook/grill with them. Charles B (Houston TX)”
