“The products I have gotten from FCC are delicious!!! I really appreciate the continuous mail order feature, knowing I have great products arriving all year round. “Let me tell you!! The best flavor!! I couldn't wait to make enchiladas! No more buying that pre made green sauce that is full of sodium!! It is sooooo good! The texture is great and no skins!! Never going back to canned!!”

“I ordered mild, med, and hot. Opened the mild first, the chilies were awesome, but as I expected no heat. I will be sending in a second order this week. The green chili is so good. Service was excellent. I’m from the Southwest and now living in TN. They have never heard of Hatch here. I’m in a green chili desert! The price is a little high, but the quality is excellent. It’s cheaper than driving to New Mexico, and when I want Chilies, I want Hatch!”

“Recieved my bottle today so let's Elote! Boiled the corn, i know ,but all the store had was huskless. But rolled some butter then mayonnaise and covered it with the Hatch chili seasoning, OMG so good, well now i have to find a corn stand so i can char cook my corn before.”

“This review is for the "Medium" salsa. Delicious, chunky and the medium might be "hot" for some people. Buy accordingly but buy!! I bought several other products but haven't tried them yet. If the salsa is any indication of taste and quality, I'm sure that I won't be disappointed. Looking forward to trying Mama's Salsa on my NEXT order.”

“Just want to share cuz I know there are others out there like me. The flavor is great BUT the "Mild" is hot. I don't like spicey and this burned my gums!! Bummed cuz the flavor is so good. Leave out the seeds... (and let me know when you do!! Lol)”

“I love spicy chile and this has great spice to it, very flavorful and is pretty chunky. One jar usually last me about a week depending on what I make more food but goes well with pretty much all foods.”
