“We are so Happy that we found The Fresh Chile Company! My Husband is from Albuquerque, NM but we live in Florida because we are active duty military members and it is almost impossible to get chile here. Once we found this company it is like having a little piece of home with us everyday! It is so delicious, and makes our favorite New Mexican dishes so much more authentic. “I am from Nebraska and I ordered two jars of the papa salsa, one jar red and green chili salsa, and one jar of the green chili salsa. This stuff is out of the world. :-). I will be ordering more Soon . Mike and Carol owners are awesome they put out a great product and it is not very expensive. When you taste it you’ll want more and you will buy more :-)”

“I have been ordering products for almost 2 years now. I can’t tell you how amazing each product is or which is our favorite! I‘ve bought just about everything from the salsas to the green chile roast to Abuelas and the spices. Oh and I can’t forget the honey! We live in California but my husband is from New Mexico and grew up on New Mexico chiles recipes. I’ve learned to cook with it over the years and love it. We’ve also bought the fresh roasted green chile locally when it’s available in California. But The Fresh Chile Company makes it available all year long and in different forms! Love it!”

“I ordered the medium and hot salsas. Unfortunately the hot salsa was smashed during transit. I reported it to them and within 30 minutes my money was returned. The remains medium salsa was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. I will definitely purchase from them again!”

“Ordered the Pure Green Chile and pasole to make your Chile Verde recipe. It came out fantastic! Had it with rice. Got the medium hot which was a bit on the warm side for us, but still delicious nonetheless. We ordered the mild next go around and look forward to the next batch of Chile Verde soon!”
