“I bought bottles of kefir and some of their fermented juices I’ve had them before all of it is wonderful such high quality produce . I mix it with frozen berries me and my wife both in our sixties have a glass every morning. Great for the tum I also bought some sourdough starter I’ve made sourdough before made my own starter before but this stuff is special it really does ferment quickly you can tell it’s high quality. Only problem is I’m running out of flour. The U.K. flour store is empty Even amazon have ran out Never mind the starter will keep in the fridge long enough Get online get yourself some of freshly fermented produce delivered it’s always packed superbly well, you won’t regret it ,your body will thank you”

“Brilliant experience: all the way from the web site through to my first ever sourdough loaf using the starter primed with the culture purchased. I have kept the culture going by feeding in between refrigeration. If\when I move on to other classes of bread I'll definitely be back.”

“The sourdough culture took a few days to arrive, but was well worth waiting for. The packaging, btw, was wonderful. I’ve used it to make several loaves of GF bread and have now divided the starter and adulterated half with spelt when my other home made mother culture started to ail. I’ve made two gluten loaves today and they’re fabulous. Tremendous rising power, and so fast! In addition, I found the information and recipes on the website really helpful. Thank you. A great service all round!”

“I had a very good phone conversation for advice of which bacteria best fit my purpose and some other questions. I was very happy about the knowledge and advice given. The cultures arrived promptly and worked very well. The downloadable PDF instructions for each product are very helpful and safer than from other companies. I'm very happy with the immense choice of bacteria cultures to choose from and the correct instructions for each kind.”

“Although we are in the midst of a global pandemic the team were quick and responsive - and the products have enough shelf life to deal with (understandable) slower delivery times. Great stuff all round”

“I cannot rate Freshly Fermented highly enough. They despatched my scoby in decent time (even during the pandemic) and when it yielded a mouldy brew, reassured me that it was a once-in-200 cases issue and promised to send another free of cost. Sure enough, it arrived and I'm trying it now. Altogether, the service and responsiveness is excellent.”
