“I have had the freeze dried San Francisco and rye sourdough starters, which have worked well. Plus I’m on my third brew of ginger beer from the ginger bug kit. All the starters are on the go and in the fridge or some dried ginger bug is in a small container. I followed the instructions for each of the living cultures very carefully and all started to work in the timescale given.”

“After having initially misread the date, I happily discovered that the Jun tea scoby has a fabulously long use by date. I set it to work in a jar of honeyed green tea and I can report that it is a strong and healthy scoby that rapidly produced my first bottle of Jun tea. The scoby arrived promptly in secure leak proof wrappings.I am overall very pleased with my purchase.”

“I ordered the Organic Kombucha scoby and live rye sourdough culture and since they arrived about a month ago, both have thrived. I have more kombucha than I can drink and the breads I made are beautiful crusty loaves. I used the recipes on the website for some but also tried other sites- the sourdough and kombucha work with different kinds of flours and tea. I am a little lazy so I really like the Dutch Oven No Knead recipe on the freshly fermented page!”
