Although flowers received were pretty, they did not appear as the picture I selected. Different vase and different arrangement. Somewhat disappointed.

The flowers were beautiful but I am very upset about the candy as it was very stale and that was a birthday gift. My daughter-in-law was veery upset. So I doubt that I will ever order here again!!!

I ws disappointed with the flowers I ordered for my granddaughter's high school graduation. There were about 60% of the flowers shown in the descriptiob used in her arragement. This is the second disappointent in six months.

I wish they would send you a photo of your purchase. With all the delivery fees a $54 arrangements becomes $75. I suggest going to HEB & delivering it yourself.

I have used this flower several times with pretty good success. Unfortunately not this time. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my cousins funeral, only to be notified days after the funeral that the flowers were never delivered. Another time a I had sent flowers to my mother, they were delivered to the wrong house and when the person that had received them tried to contact the company to tell them they had delivered incorrectly and needed to come and pick up the flowers so that they could be delivered properly, it was ignored. Finally a few days later using the information on the card they tracked down my mother and delivered them to her themselves and explained what happened, tht they had been delivered to their house by mistake. Clearly in both situations I wasn't pleased. Only in this recent case was I refunded the charges. I am going to really think hard before using them for flowers again if this is the outcome I can expect.

I have always used From You Flowers and was pleased. This time however, was very different. They chose to work with a sub standered florist. The flowers looked awful and nothing like the picture online. I was allowed to reorder the same flowers again for my recepient. Again, it was the same thing all over again because they reused the same florist a second time. I will re think using From You Flowers again.

Sorry but I cannot recommend you because I offered a lovely bouquet yesterday for delivery today in the morning. I paid extra for the morning delivery an my bill was close to $95. As of this time the flowers still have not been delivered an now I am skeptical of the arrangement will even be up to the money I spent. I am very disappointed ☹️

I received an email when I ordered, but never received an email that confirmed delivery. I have no idea if it was in fact delivered, and I don't have the time to telephone the funeral home and have someone look around for it. Your company should provide better customer service.

If I could give no stars I would, I paid extra for my same day delievery and then on top of that expidited delievery within 4 hours which would of been delivery by 11am, at 3pm I noticed it was not delievered so I called and then they told me that the local flower shop could not make it. How come I did not get a call prior to me calling to let me know. They then told me that they could deliever it tomorrow. I told them that was fine... Well saturday comes and I get a missed call that they could not deliever on saturday either.... I ended up getting my order on Monday afternoon, not the first delivery as they mentioned.

Wow. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. I spent $67 total for a small bouquet. I placed the order on a Sunday to be delivered Monday at a place of business. It’s 3:30pm no delivery. I called and spoke to the nice customer service agent and she said “she would call the delivery company and have them expedite the delivery”. Sounded like a canned response but either way it’s almost 4pm and no delivery. Like what’s the point of you can’t deliver between 12-2pm so they can enjoy the flowers for half of the day on a Monday. Your company is making me look bad and making yourself look bad with late delivery. now I’m worried about the quality of flowers that you’re gonna send. I surely hope you don’t send trash flowers. Will update review soon. Lesson learned
