“I ordered an arrangement for a funeral and received an email stating the original arrangement was unavailable so a substitute was sent. When I asked for a picture of the substitute I was told one wasn't available. Do I have no way of knowing what kind of flowers were ever sent. And if in the same category”

“So I ordered from here and the flowers did not arrive on the original due date and I got an email saying that the recipient was unavailable which was a lie because she was available and she never received a text or phone call. Then I started looking up the reviews and seen so many 1 stars and thought this place was a scam. I ended up calling the number and the lady updated the recipients address for the next day and I didn’t have high hopes of it being delivered since the reviews but I ended up receiving a text and call from uber eats which I thought was weird but they were able to successfully deliver the flowers to the updated address and the flowers were beautiful so just have a little hope lol”

“My flower never got delivered on the date. Called them 3 times but they promised will get deliver later day. Well, it never got delivered. Do not buy flowers from them.”

“Please DON’T waste your time and money. The bouquets that show up look nothing like what you order. The arrangement that I ordered and the arrangement that I got looked nothing alike. I was actually offended at the cheap pass off. Very disappointing experience for all the money you pay.”

“The Autumn's Hearty Harvest Bouquet that was delivered to my daughter was a fraction of the size of the bouquet shown on the website when I placed my order. Needless to say I was underwhelmed with the bouquet and overwhelmed with the cost... $81.44 all in.”

“I was extremely disappointed with my recent flower delivery. The marigolds arrived mushy and moldy, a far cry from the delicate blooms they should have displayed. It's clear that the flowers weren't handled or packaged properly for shipping. Unfortunately, it seems that ordering flowers for a special occasion in the US isn't always the best option.”

“I’ve used them several times and they’ve never delivered on time. This time I paid the expedited fee as always to have them delivered by 12pm as my girl leaves at that time. After 2 days of BS they supposedly issued me a refund which still has not been applied to my account. The last time they did actually deliver the flowers they were late and died after 2 days. DO NOT USE they will disappoint your loved ones.”

“I spent $80 on a bouquet and they shipped it via UPS! The vase was separate! Nothing like making somebody you love to make them do work to accept a gift. I'll never use them again.”

“Wish I had read the reviews FIRST!!! I was horrified when my friend convalescing from heart surgery sent me a photo of what was actually delivered for the COTTON CANDY arrangement. The delivery had ONE single rose and a couple of cheap wilting flowers and too much greenery fillers !! When I called the person said they would do a redelivery but seemed unfazed by my call. While polite , there was a cold indifference. This prompted me to look up reviews. It will be interesting to see what the redelivery will look like but I highly doubt I will use them again. My 1st order was a food basket which seemed to go well. This was my 2nd order, but 1st floral arrangement order. I was so embarrassed!!!”
