“I did same day delivery and they were delivered by 6pm. The flowers were pretty, the only complaint I have is that I had three options, a small, medium or large. They made me get the medium or large. Then when they arrived I guess I expected a bigger bouquet then I got. For the price I paid I could have gotten alot more and put it together myself. But as for delivery it is cheaper than most and they do same day which is awesome. And again the bouquet was pretty just not as big or abundant as I thought I was paying for.”

“The flower arrangement that was in the website was very different from what was received, it looked really small the pink roses looked like they where starting to get whitered. Also they kept calling me and send a email saying they where going to void my delivery if i dont call them back a couple of hours before the delivery just to confirm my info”

“I created a custom vase for a special moment, paid the extra money for the next day delivery. I was not contacted that the custom vase was not created, delivery was not completed on time, was not a local flower shop. When I found all this out, waited to be contacted by supervisor that did not happen as promised, to finally calling them back to handle situation and they at first offered a 25% refund. After me telling them I was leaving a review they offered a full refund!”

“I chose to try this company and paid the additional cost for the order to be delivered before noon on the requested date for a specific reason. After the order was not delivered as advertised and then contacting the company, the additional delivery fee was refunded with the explanation that the order would be delivered before 5 pm. The Company would not provide the name of the local florists used. I would not advise trusting this company with any future purchases.”

“Totally failed to get my flowers to a funeral on time. Got them to the funeral home after the procession left for the cemetery. They say they're refunding my money but we'll see. They can't make up for such total disappointment. They obviously don't care about their customers in the least!”

“Absolutely horrible people to deal with They lie… don’t send orders day promised. Don’t make it clear they are shipped. Say they guarantee by noon they don’t. Don’t fall into this abyss. You will regret it and end up embarrassed”

“FRAUD & SCAM COMPANY!!! BEWARE!! If I could give 0 or minus stars I would. Same or next day delivery WILL JOT HAPPEN. They will give you the fee back plus 30%. Next day it's missed will be another 20%. They will even act like they call the flower shop for you and tell you it's out for delivery when it's not. After 3 days of the run around on a basic assortment of flowers for my wife after surgery I demanded a full refund. Called them a total of 9 times and even got an email saying they were delivered. This company should not be used. Worth the extra money from a local shop. Worst experience EVER!! DO NOT USE THEM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS..”

“This place is a SCAM......I will never order from them again! I pay $104.00 to have some flowers delivered to my friend.The actual picture on the site and what was delivered was 2 different pictures. My friend sent me a picture thanking me for the flowers but i was pisssed because that wasnt the flowers from the photo! I will NEVER order from them again. The 1st picture if the picture from the site ,2nd photo is the actual flowers that was delivered”

“I rate this company with ZERO stars!! I Had flowers delivered with next day delivery to a funeral service for my dearest friend of over 30 years. I received an email stating that the flower arrangement was being shipped from Kentucky, I live in Indiana and assumed they would come from a local florist! I was horrified when I walked in and saw them, they were terrible!!! I threw them straight in the trash before anyone else could see them. How could any florist send something that bad to a funeral service and why did this company not use a local florist instead of the one they used located over hundreds of miles away? I will never order from this company again. What a nightmare not only dealing with the lose of my friend but then being shocked by how disgusting those flowers looked! Never, Never again will I deal with this company!!!!”

“I have used this company several times in the past. This time I ordered a Get Well plant basket. It arrived on time, but it didn't look the same as the website photo. I understand that there could be substitutions, but the planter was not the same. Instead of four plants that I thought I was getting, there were only three. I also paid $75 to have a "premium" basket. When contacted, all the company did was send me a $10 coupon toward next purchase. I don't think there will be a next purchase from me.”

“I was charged $2.99 for a same day/weekend delivery. I did not order for either. I ordered 8/19 for 8/20 delivery. I tried to file a complaint, but evidently I was talking to AI who said they were a person, or a person who was answering from a script and not considering what I was talking about. My order # is 430042835. I am very unhappy with this service and will not order from you again. I will also leave reviews in other places. If charge thousands of people the $2.99, that's a lot of money that you will gain. I'm very upset.”

“I’m so disappointed and embarrassed by my teddy bear delivery. The bear that was delivered looked nothing like the one on the website. The one delivered looked like a hard, cheap bear that you’d get at a country fair for $10. They gave me a 13% refund. What a joke! I should have read these reviews before ordering. Stay away!”

“I would leave 0 if I could! So embarrassed that the recipient received this as a gift. The delivery was also delayed! Photos show what was ordered and what showed up, this was even upgrading to the premium version!”

“The worst experience! I do not recommend using this company. I read a few reviews and figured everyone experience is different. It seems this is common practice for this company to ruin orders and make a mess. I ordered an arrangement and paid extra for next day delivery Not only did they NOT deliver it they didn’t even attempt to reach out to me to let me know the floriest supposedly canceled my order on Saturday. I called Sunday evening and they couldn’t find any order information. It was a completely disaster. After spending 3 hours on the phone I got so frustrated I gave up. I called back Monday morning to ask them to send me an email advising they were not able to confirm any order information so that I could dispute through my bank and lord and behold they found the info after another 2 1/2 hours. The agent I placed the order with entered all the incorrect information Under another user name and number. It was an absolute mess. I wil not use them again or recommend anyone else.”

“I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my friend who was in the hospital in Austin, TX. The bouquet was about $40. Delivery $15. Then because I chose same day delivery $2.99. I ordered around 6:30am. At 9:58am. It said they had been delivered. 11:00am they still had not made it into the room. I contacted the company at 11:58am to inquire where they were delivered. I was told they will reach out to the local florist and get in touch with me. I contacted them again an hour later. They could not get ahold of the florist, but they would let me know. 4.5 hours after the flowers were "delivered" I canceled the order and asked for a refund because they flowers were not delivered and the florist was not returning phone calls. I will contact my bank tomorrow to ensure I am actually refunded like I was told I would be and have in writing.”
