“After reading a bunch of bad reviews online I decided to go to the store and see for myself which I'm glad I did. I bought a beautiful gold cross and 20' chain for my teenage nephew. I think the bad reviewers online were expecting the jewelry to be as big as it looks online-and it's not-if it was, you'd pay 5X's their price. Go by the measurements. I shopped around and Frost had the best prices. I was happy-my nephew is happy-I'd buy from them again.”

“Purchased "10k gold" earrings and am unsure if they are really gold, as they are turning my ears green. Update on this review.... Upon further inspection, I found that the"green" color on my ears was nothing but mineral.deposit that came off with alcohol. I cleaned the earrings more thoroughly and haven't had the problem since! Customer Service is for REAL with this company! They go EXTRA to make sure you're happy with your purchase. They were 100% on top of it! Will DEFINITELY buy from them again and again!
