“Horrible, stay away
We purchased 3 products from them: one arrived and is ok, one arrived and is not even close to its description and one... who knows... it never arrived a month after the order”
“This is without a doubt the worst site on the internet.
Use at your own peril. Its taken a month to get Fruugo to contact their supplier, I emailed the supplier 3 times and still haven't had a response. Then as Fruugo took so long and I had to chase them numerous times before they sent me a message saying that contacting them was slowing down the process of them responding to me. Well if you picked up the phone and spoke to your supplier and then came back to your customer in a timely manner perhaps your customers wouldn't have to chase you as well. The response from Fruugo was "we haven't heard back from them" Oh so you emailed them like I did and got no response just like I did. That's no surprise and such a poor attempt at customer service. Have you heard of a phone, have you ever thought about building relationships with your supplies so if and when something goes wrong you can fix it for the customers benefit.
Should of received the product a month ago and still no sign of my refund.
Quick to take your money but super slow in returning it.

“I ordered what I thought was a spool of elastic to make mask to give away. The cost with shipping was $10.00 I received after 2 weeks a yard of elastic. I have been unable to get a response from anyone.”

“A bit of a joke really. Ordered Nintendo switch controller sticks for my sons gaming device as they had broken. Ordered under Fruugo.ie (Ireland) thinking the product would arrive relatively quickly. When I ordered, I was then told the product was coming from Sweden. Ordered on the 9th of April, have learned just now it has taken until today the 21st to get to the post centre in the origin country. Delivery is estimated between today (21st) and the 4th of May. I would never have ordered from Fruugo if I thought this was going to happen. Ver shabby service offering. I could have ordered the product from a number of other providers. My mistake I guess. Please save yourself the grief, do not order from Fruugo.”
“Item lost in transit which seems like the same excuse they give everyone. Once they told me it wast lost I emailed requesting item to be resent after they asked what I wanted to do..(foolishly I believed this was legit before reading online comments) once I confirmed I wanted the item resent I heard nothing back....this went on and on...I emailed and nothing..which brought me to the point of asking for a full refund. They have confirmed a refund will be sent let’s see if it does. Never will I be so stupid to use this company again. It’s a shame that Fruugo is incompetent, if you can’t handle the orders just stop taking orders it’s common sense.. look after the customers you have already taken money from before you waste other innocent customers time and take their money. Shame on you.

“Do not order from fruugo. Also make sure when ordering online the seller is not linked to them , that's how they get you. You will not get your order. Waiting weeks on your order , some people even months. You have to hound them and then you'll get a message that your order has been lost in transit . They will give you a refund eventually if you hound them enough . This company seriously needs to be investigated!!!.. They are holding on to people's money for weeks and months. Trust pilot are not giving honest reviews, have a look at other reviews online , you'll see the truth. Also on their Facebook page they have deleted loads of comments from customers who didnt receive items. They're an online scam company. Do not order from them!!..”
“Buyer be very aware...I am on uk site and ordered an item on 04 April with a ‘2 day’ despatch. It is now 14 April and after much chasing I received an email to say it is being despatched from Australia! Can’t see the order arriving anytime soon! ...but hey ho their loss I won’t be using fruugo again!”
