“Ordered item over three weeks ago. Three weeks ago my credit card was charged. Complained online. Fruugo responded saying it would be shipped soon. Sent tracking number that says item at airport over two weeks ago. Tracking number still says the same thing now. Seems like a scam, will contact credit card company tomorrow.”

Ordered and paid for a Leather bag in November - no confirmation email and have never heard from the company. Finally received a reply from Fruggo who said there had been a supply problem but it would be shipped the next day.
Still no bag and have had no further replies from Fruggo apart from generic response to my emails.
And absolutely no correspondence with the supposed company who has taken my money.
