“one star is one too many! Placed an order beginning of December. On 23/12/19 received a tax notice as the product made in France has been sent from the USA!! At no point was I informed that the product would come from the States. Attempted to contact the company for assistance and guess what no one is available to talk with until 2/1/20. Not happy at all as this was a gift for my son. Please do not use this company.....wish I had read the reviews on google as a testament that I am not the only one with this issue.
I am not prepared to pay the tax charge and will be looking for a full refund from the company”

“Quite possibly the worst customer service i have ever dome across. On the site it specifies 2 weeks expected delivery. When the item I had ordered had not shown up I contacted the site and found out that the item had not even been shipped. No explanation was given for the delay.

“Ordered some football boots, on the order screen it had american/uk sizing so followed the UK sizing for what I wanted. Arrived and turns out their sizing is wrong. They have refused a refund even tho they made the mistake!!! I could understand if they only offered American sizes on ordering but they had UK sizing on the order screen. I ordered my size uk but it wasn't right!!!! It was out by a whole shoe size!! Don't offer UK sizing if you can't convert it right!!! Useless!! And an email saying no refund or exchange!!! Beware!!!!”

“I have finally given up hope. I ordered a camp bed R500 in June this year. No refund no delivery. I have phoned the head office 3 times. ( An international call). You might get service if you are in UK or USA but please if you are in Africa or Australia don't waste your money. My order didnt arrivé, they let you talk to 60 different costumer services employees so you have to explain everything over and over again and then they dont answer with a solution. They said i have my money back in 5 working days, didnt hapend ofcource. Then again they said they sended the money manually and i had to wait 5 days again. Of course didnt get anything!”

“Do not trust in this online shop, they charge you very easy and fast, but if you experience any problem, they really do not care. My order never arrived, and to ask for a refund is a nightmare.. it seems that they think is nice to give you one contact person, the next day an other one; email addresses that are incorrect etc etc. They will pretend that you become an expert in their internal procedures. instead of giving you a quick and clear answer. By the way, I am still waiting for the refund, they cannot answer me when it is going to be done, even when they replied that the item I ordered was lost by mail. And not to mention that to contact Fruggo by phone is impossible.... you have to pay for the telephone call and my experience was: Thanks for calling, you are number 8 on the list... and five minutes later.. Thanks for calling you are number 8 on the list...and on and on and on.. So frustrating!!”

To find out I've to pay to return and order that they wrongly sent, stay away do not order from this place you do not get the order that you placed, but happy to take your money, not interested in anything after that”
