Horrible. My daughter’s toy was supposed to arrive Mar 25-Apr 8. It’s Apr 13 now, and I tried to submit an inquiry to ask for help but all the links are broken. No way to contact anyone. VERY disappointed, will NEVER use this site again.

Stay away - here's my experience: placed order 14078134 on March 21st, heard nothing and submitted a couple of inquiries on March 31 and April 2; of course, no answer to these. Out of pocket almost £50 and no recourse. Don't make the same mistake, order from companies who care about their customers, even in the midst of a crisis.

I placed an order and 5 mins later realised it was misdescribed. I sent an e-mail to fruggo immediately to cancel my order. Received a e-mail back asking me to login. Tried to login and it doesn’t allow me to. Tried numerous times and it doesn’t work. Onthen received a e-mail stating 123 health and beauty would be sending out the order. I contacted them and they cancelled the order. However fruggo then go and use another supplier to send the order out. I do not require this order as it is not what is described on the ad. Fruggo have one of the worst customer services in the uk. One that you cannot get hold off. Impossible.

Order number 14162127 from march 29th uptoday no serious information about del time: none efficient tracking number. an indecent service. My worst experience in shopping online. Never again.

Seller didn't provide any tracking number and didn't answer any of my questions as same as Fruugo customer services did. I need my money back but they never replied!

After 2 months of waiting for a product I had ordered I contacted the service team at 'Fruugo'. It appears it got lost in transit. I did receive my money back quite swiftly however. This being the first time I have attempted to purchase abroad does not prompt me to do so again.

No need to use this company, try other companies with better service, you cannot cancel orders immediately even tho they aren’t dispatched immediately.

Don’t bother dealing with this company, there is no way to cancel your order, even if you cancel immediately. You have to wait until it comes to your house and then send it all the way back and then wait 5-10 businesses days. There are better companies to order from!

Still haven't got my order. It was suppose to be here no later then 3-24-20. Customer service is just a recording and you can't email these people.

I was extremely impressed by the customer service I received from Grace at Fruugo following my request to cancel an order. Grace was extremely courteous and helpful and kept me well informed during the process. I would be very happy to deal with Fruugo again in the future given my experience.

These people are capitalizing on a global crisis! 1 week a go they were selling 20 ltrs of Antibacterial hand sanitizer for £279.00, 4 days later it increased to £339.00 and in 24hrs it increased to £369.00. These people have no morals whatsoever. hopefully people are not desperate enough to buy from them. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I recently ordered two T-shirts. Both shirts arrived with a word mispelled in the the logo. I asked that Fruugo send me the correct merchandise. Fruugo responded that they will not send replacements, and that the mispelled word was : "unofficial fan art inspired by, but not endorsed by, the original - created by pop culture obsessed artists for fans alike!" Their logo is also substantially similar to the logo used by a competitor. Also, they didn't state this alleged artistic interpretation in the ad. I felt deceived. They offered a refund if I pay for the shipping back to the UK. Since these were sent as gifts, that offer is impractical. I also believe their mistake, or questionable marketing practice, should be covered by them. I have re-iterated my request for a refund. Beware.

Paid for my order and never received it a month after! No response from supplier. No refund, so I've escalated the matter to paypal. At the very list, this company must get debarred from doing business though them!
