“recently I ordered, online, a cushion for a three seater garden bench in green. Afterwards I found that I had placed this order, a present for my son, in the wrong colour! I emailed your office and the auto reply asked me to log in to my account and contact the retailer to change the order from green to stone. I could not do this as your website wouldn't allow me to. I desperation I sent another email which Emma replied to and said she would try to help me out. A couple days later Emma reported she had done this and I would be receiving the correct colour.
