My order was sent out and never arrived. I was initially told that delivery was delayed due to Covid19 but after 3 weeks the order is lost in the post. I would particularly like to thank Georgia for her timely response and for sorting out a refund quickly and pleasantly.

I didn’t received my item but i messaged to the customers service and Jessica and Georgia answered to me quickly and with lot of courtesy. I got my refund very quickly! Reccomended!

Unfortunately I didn't receive my order, however when I messaged I got a reply back very quickly. Rhon was very help and I appreciate all his help to investigate my order. He requested me a full refund as he couldnt reslove my order. But I would like thank Rhon for all his help. Thank you Geraldine

Unfortunately I didn’t receive my order initially so had to email in to query this but Emma who dealt with my query came back promptly and was very helpful. She investigated and came back to me when she’d received updates. She resolved the matter swiftly and, although I’m still waiting for my order, I have every faith that if I have any further queries she’ll be able to help me. Thank you Emma 😊 👍🏻

I placed an order with the company but unfortunately due to unseen circumstances I had to cancel this, the company contacted the 3rd party who were delivering the order to cancel this they were incredibly helpful I would highly recommend them and would use them again the future

I had problems with the original supplier due to demand and the CV 19 virus. Georgia from Fruugo helped sort this out for me. Thanks Georgia

I purchased a bracelet for my wife through Fruugo which I had to return as it was faulty and there was not a suitable replacement available. Thanks to Nicole and Rhon the procedure went smoothly and the sum paid was returned to my paying account without any difficulty, so maintaining faith in online shopping.

Following a query to Customer Service, I received a prompt response from Grace. She dealt with my query both efficiently and courteously. My query was originated by my own mistake ie, I made a typo with my email address.
