Georgia was very helpful and got me a full refund.”

“I placed an order and 5 mins later realised it was misdescribed. I sent an e-mail to fruggo immediately to cancel my order. Received a e-mail back asking me to login. Tried to login and it doesn’t allow me to. Tried numerous times and it doesn’t work. Onthen received a e-mail stating 123 health and beauty would be sending out the order. I contacted them and they cancelled the order. However fruggo then go and use another supplier to send the order out. I do not require this order as it is not what is described on the ad. Fruggo have one of the worst customer services in the uk. One that you cannot get hold off. Impossible.”

I didn't realise I made a spelling mistake when filling out my details for an online purchase, and subsequently, did not receive email confirmation of the order or its scheduled delivery. After raising my concern with customer service, (again, unaware that I had misspelled my contact details) I was more or less immediately contacted by Rhon @fruugo, who very kindly offered to contact the retailer on my behalf and find out exactly what had happened with the order. Not only did she promptly discover the error made, but the order itself arrived soon after this intervention, much sooner than expected. A very affable yet professional correspondence throughout from Rhon gave me complete confidence that the matter would be resolved satisfactorily.”
