“Despite Rhon being helpful on Facebook, it appears that the same happened to me as to other customers - placed order no delivery, no response to website queries. I actually traced the seller directly in the end. Order "lost in transit". Sorry, what?! Am waiting on a refund.”
“Do not order from fruugo. Also make sure when ordering online the seller is not linked to them , that's how they get you. You will not get your order. Waiting weeks on your order , some people even months. You have to hound them and then you'll get a message that your order has been lost in transit . They will give you a refund eventually if you hound them enough . This company seriously needs to be investigated!!!.. They are holding on to people's money for weeks and months. Trust pilot are not giving honest reviews, have a look at other reviews online , you'll see the truth. Also on their Facebook page they have deleted loads of comments from customers who didnt receive items. They're an online scam company. Do not order from them!!..”

“Stay away - here's my experience: placed order 14078134 on March 21st, heard nothing and submitted a couple of inquiries on March 31 and April 2; of course, no answer to these. Out of pocket almost £50 and no recourse. Don't make the same mistake, order from companies who care about their customers, even in the midst of a crisis.”
