“I had an issue with a refund and contacted Fruugo direct. Keiran took ownership of my issue (which wasn't a simple 'fix'), consulted with the supplier (communicating with me throughout) and solved my issue efficiently & quickly.
How real 'customer service' needs to be. Lots of other companies out there need to take note.

“Je n’ai jamais reçu mon colis « perdu en route » après des semaines d’attente, j’ai donc écrit au service client par mail et je n’ai eu aucune réponse j’étais bien déçue MAIS j’ai contacté la marque via Facebook et alors là ça n’a rien à voir!! Je suis tombé sur RHON très professionnel très cordial, qui après « enquête » m’a fait un retour vraiment très rapide et m’a régler le souci en un rien de temps via un remboursement de mon achat. Merci à rhon pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse, grâce à LUI et son sens du service client je recommanderai sûrement chez fruugo en espérant que cette fois le colis arrive 😉😉

“Meine Bestellung kam nie an. Lost in transit. Meiner Meinung war beim Kauf nicht eindeutig einsehbar, dass eine Bestellung in die Schweiz aus Australien kam. Deshalb besser hinschauen, woher die Ware kommt. Nichts desto trotz war Rhon vom Customer Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bestellung wurde storniert und ich erhielt mein Geld zurück.”
“A bit of a joke really. Ordered Nintendo switch controller sticks for my sons gaming device as they had broken. Ordered under Fruugo.ie (Ireland) thinking the product would arrive relatively quickly. When I ordered, I was then told the product was coming from Sweden. Ordered on the 9th of April, have learned just now it has taken until today the 21st to get to the post centre in the origin country. Delivery is estimated between today (21st) and the 4th of May. I would never have ordered from Fruugo if I thought this was going to happen. Ver shabby service offering. I could have ordered the product from a number of other providers. My mistake I guess. Please save yourself the grief, do not order from Fruugo.”
“We fruugo provides you with excellent customer service even if things don’t go to plan. I recently had a very good experience of first class customer service with them. I made an order, but unfortunately due to Covid19 the item could not be delivered for now. The company providing the item asked me wether I wanted to cancel. I was not able to cancel the order via the website for some reason. I contacted customer service at fruugo. They got back to me right away. Edit sorted out the issue straight away and made sure to cancel my oreder for me. I had the money refunded promptly. Edit was also very informative and professional. I am happy because even I could not get the item, it is important to me I was looked after well. Great response even in these difficult times! Thank you!”

“Item lost in transit which seems like the same excuse they give everyone. Once they told me it wast lost I emailed requesting item to be resent after they asked what I wanted to do..(foolishly I believed this was legit before reading online comments) once I confirmed I wanted the item resent I heard nothing back....this went on and on...I emailed and nothing..which brought me to the point of asking for a full refund. They have confirmed a refund will be sent let’s see if it does. Never will I be so stupid to use this company again. It’s a shame that Fruugo is incompetent, if you can’t handle the orders just stop taking orders it’s common sense.. look after the customers you have already taken money from before you waste other innocent customers time and take their money. Shame on you.
