They had exactly what I wanted and it was delivered promptly despite the current circumstances. Contact with the company was efficient and pleasant.

They sent my items via courier service DHL. The courier service never contacted me that my items have been received and held fr taxes while I was waiting for weeks. I had to contact Fruugo and they told me about the hold up. When I contacted Fruugo letting them know that they chose a poor service courier service for delivery and that fact that they never contacted me they pretended that I was complaining about taxes and responded that the tax is not a fault of them or the courier service however I was very clear in my comment that my objection was not the tax but the fact that the courier service they elected provided a poor service. They declared issue resolved and blocked me from responding. I Will never use Fruugo again.

The agent dealt with my dissatisfaction review in a fast and professional manner. My issue was concluded in a full refund which i was very pleased with given the item was damaged in transit. Thankyou for dealing with this in a speedy friendly manner.

I had a problem with shipping, apparently with the courier used by fruugo. I contacted them with a delusional spirit because mine was an abroad shopping and I feared to arrive to no solutions and loose my money Than between the 2 customer services I solved all. Mostly it has been the swiss department that has been particularly professional caring and accurate. I had constant contact with them and they mediated between the English fruugo and the courier. At the end i discovered that this was a misunderstanding of couriers, I received an SMS from DPD and I thought it was my scale from UK, but that day I received other goods, from that the mistake. They solved brilliantly the situation.

When I ordered my product it said it would ship within 24 hours. It took 3 weeks to ship. During that period I emailed customer service, inquired on their website about my product, and called customer service. Could not get a hold of or a response from anybody. Currently I’ve waited over 3 weeks, my item was just shipped, and the tracking number they provided me does not work. Do not use fruugo.

First time I used Fruugo and I will come back for sure. Besides having a great deal of products, their customer service is State of the art. I made a mistake and added the wrong email address so I had no confirmation of my order. The customer service representative Edit, replied not only with a confirmation, she also added expected delivery date and shipping notes. This is what I call Customer Service.

My order from retailer did not arrive, however Rhon was extremely helpful, Provided a quick response, kept me updated and sorted the issue out very quickly for me and arranged a refund.
