I inadvertently misspelled my email address and wondered why I hadn’t had a confirmatory email for my order. I was particularly worried because the money had been taken out of my account. Scarlett dealt with my enquiry and was able to reassure me that my purchase was on its way. This was dealt with very quickly and efficiently.

You charged my account on May 1. There is no way of getting in touch with you and I have not received my order. A recording answers the phone number but no one is ever available. Do not do business with this company.

Unfortunately, Probably due to COVID-19 my parcel of some shoes went missing. These things happen. I had ordered two pairs of expensive running shoes. After investigating they decided to refund me 100%. I am sure it is not their fault, and these are hard times, but they did it anyway. Amazing service.

Really bad experience, do not purchase anything from these. Having been waiting for my order, no reply to emails, undelivered response from email quoted. Will never use these again. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING with these.

I ordered a selection box of party decorations and when the parcel was received items were missing. Fruugo sorted it out straight away and arranged for the missing items to be sent out the same day. I haven't received them yet but still happy with the service I received in solving the problem for me - especially given the current situation with Covid-19 and that they must be extra busy at this time.

Jeg nåede ikke at hente min pakke som kom fra England, da vi var væk i 3 uger så skrev Fruugo. De kontaktede forhandleren, så nu er mine løbesko på vej igen 🤗 Vivi kbh

The items they sent broke on first usage. Absolute rubbish. Refund offered by then but I must bear the cost of tracking postage!!! Cost more than the utterly useless items !

very unprofessional.i keep getting an excuse that fruugo has to contact the supplier to find out what happened to my order.more than a week for a reply from customer service.i ordered from fruugo not an outside vendor fruugo should refund my money i ordered on their website. very unprofessional they will not take responsibility.and could not get a response from their supplier and just leaves me hanging out to dry hopping I forget about it. warning don't be another sucker order from a reputable company so you don't have to go through all the excuse that I have gotten I can't track my own order although I have a text that it was shipped about one and one half months ago.

I recieved excellent customer service from Rhon. I was helped speedily and professional with my query and will be happy to use Fruugo going forward. Customer care is so important and I could not be happier with the care I recieved from Rhon and the Fruugo team.

3 month delivery is what went wrong! Only after starting PayPal cancellation was item shipped. They make it look like a local purchase but it’s drop shipping!!

I have ordered a cream and they have not confirmed transaction even after more then two weeks. I have not received a single E-mail confirmation. This was my first and last order.

Do not order from this company . You might not get your product and they will not help you .I ordered 2 different types of elastic ,one came in a couple weeks which was fine ,weeks later the other one has not come, yet it shipped out weeks ago ! They will not help me so I am just out the money apparently ! Like a previous review says ,ORDER at your own RISK!! If I could give a minus rating I would !! I wish I had read reviews before I ordered ,I usually do but needed the elastic for Covid 19 masks so I took a chance , big mistake !!!

I ordered a bike off fruugo and it has not shown up after a month. I then had to create an account. After doing so I emailed customer service and they have not been able to tell me anything yet after 3 days of waiting.
