“I don't know that I have ever complained about a product via the internet before. I am now over 30 days past the initial order being placed and and 11 days beyond the promised delivery date. The package has been in the same tracking status since April 18th. My inquiries have been met with the same response which is a link to the shipping company and a promise from them that "It will be there in a few days". As a warning to others, DO NOT utilize this service.”

I found the website complicated to access customer service information that I needed as I went round in circles but managed to send a email and eventually had contact with Scarlett who suggested I contact her the following week if not arrived . Luckily they did arrive the next day but this altogether took 9 days after ordering for them to be delivered to my friend who was delighted thou . I emailed back to let them know they had arrived at last and my friend was very happy .
The website could do with being more helpful for existing customers who need help with their orders thou and to be able to see their orders they have made too.”
“Hi there, Well Ive had a very bad experience with Fruugo, got a delivery last week of a fly electronic killer thingy and not only did it not work it gave me a shock when plugged in, Ive rang them at least 5 times and emailed 3 times but still no reply. I just want a refund and have it picked up asap. I cant understand why no one has had the manners or decency to get back, its been 5 days now. Please check your emails and voicemails. Be very careful ordering from these people
Placed an order for a battery strimmer ,
order number 14374466, described as including battery and charger etc.
Product came without battery or charger , raised an inquiry and no response.

You advertise being Canadian but UPS/Purolator/Canada Post would not cost anywhere near that.
You lost the sale due to shipping cost.”
“Don’t order from them. 6 weeks later I have not received my item from California. No one will tell me how to rectify this problem. And Fruugo basically says you need to contact seller. How? You email the seller through the Fruugo sight and when you get no response then what?
Do not waste your time. To much room for error and risk.”
