Although I had an issue waiting for three weeks for the local shop to respond to queries about my order, Fruugo stoped in to resolve it to my satisfaction. After Rhon, who was very responsive, got involved my shoes were delivered within a week.

My order was unfortunately lost in transit, but when I raised an enquiry support were very helpful. Rhon was quick to respond and refund my order.

In this Covid19-times, i fu%& up... and needed help. But! Rhon was very nice to me when i did not figure out how to get help: "Due to the current situation regarding COVID 19, we kindly request that you allow another week for delivery." I ordered what I thought was a spool of elastic to make mask to give away. The cost with shipping was $10.00 I received after 2 weeks a yard of elastic. I have been unable to get a response from anyone.

recently I ordered, online, a cushion for a three seater garden bench in green. Afterwards I found that I had placed this order, a present for my son, in the wrong colour! I emailed your office and the auto reply asked me to log in to my account and contact the retailer to change the order from green to stone. I could not do this as your website wouldn't allow me to. I desperation I sent another email which Emma replied to and said she would try to help me out. A couple days later Emma reported she had done this and I would be receiving the correct colour. Emma went above and beyond to help me which I am very grateful for. In these hard times we need people like Emma who are customer focused, when there are not many staff who are not already furloughed and companies who are not even open, to ensure YOUR customers get full satisfaction. I look forward to my order now being delivered.

My purchase didn't arrive. I tried contacting the supplier but the system kept taking me round in circles and back to Fruugo Customer service. Frustrating but I eventually received an e-mail from Emma who said she would sort it out for me and she has. I'm extremely grateful to her. So often in these situations the customer is left to flounder, so well done Fruugo Customer Services and a big thank you to Emma.

I am really so satisfied with help I received from your customers service yesterday - from EMMA! It is almost unbelievable to get such good help at once! It surprised me! Although our parcel went lost (we never received our item), we had BEST AFTER SALES SERVICE by Miss. Emma, who turned out our sad situation into a smile! When u pay in advance, and don't get the item then you fear you lost both, money and item. We had good contact with her and the situation was appreciably solved. Thanks again, Emma!!

I was missing a parcel that I had ordered. However, when contacting fruugo about the issue, Nicole was very helpful in placing a new order so that I eventually got the item I ordered. Thank you!

I ordered a teddy bear on the 27th of march and still didnt arrive on the 21st of April but I have to say Rhon was very helpful and he stayed in contact all the time with updates, eventually it must of got lost in transit and I got fully refunded Thankyou Rhon for all your help.

Worst compagny i ever have to deal whit , after a lot of issue whit customer service im sure is just a scam .. They are really fast on charging you but never get what you order ...

I ordered the wrong colour of product in error and when I realised I emailed them to say so and Hannah very kindly arranged to cancel order and organised a refund and kept me informed all time via email
