They promised to deliver the order, they failed miserably, I called 3 times and they assured me that the delivery would be made on time, they didn’t do it (even telling me one time that the delivery will take place in 2 minutes (what a joke)it was an order for a person with a sick mother and I already had told them to wait for the flowers that I had sent…the embarrassment after they didn’t receive anything. Stay away from this company! You will be as embarrassed as I am and it’s painful. They don’t care! Don’t do business with these people! They will make you look really bad!

I want to provide feedback about the flower delivery I ordered for last weekend. I placed an order on Friday for delivery on Saturday, and I included all necessary information such as the address, the name of the store (it was a business delivery), the recipient's name, and two phone numbers. On Saturday afternoon, I received an email stating that the delivery attempt had failed because the recipient was not at the location. This was not true. The recipient was at their workplace and did not receive any phone call notifying them that the delivery person had arrived. I was then informed that the delivery would be postponed to the next day, even though it was only 4 pm and your website states that deliveries are made until 6 pm. There was definitely enough time to make the delivery after I confirmed the address and provided an additional phone number as soon as I got the email about the failed attempt. When I asked customer support for the reason for the failed delivery and whether they had called my friend to confirm they were at the right place, I was ignored. I was only told that nothing could be done and the delivery would be made the next day. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise for my friend's birthday, but since she was off work the next day, I had to ask for her home address, spoiling the surprise. The delivery was finally made the next day (without the birthday surprise), but when I saw the picture my friend sent of the flowers, I was extremely disappointed. The bouquet on the website (attached pic 1) and the one delivered (attached pic 2) were completely different. The delivered bouquet was much smaller, with mostly green branches instead of flowers, and the packaging was subpar. Additionally, I had added a note with the flowers that said, “From Sweden ❤️” (heart emoji - attached email confirmation pic 3), but my friend received a note that said, “From Sweden?” (with a question mark). If emojis cannot be included in the note, this should be mentioned on your website, or you should have confirmed the note with me. This store does not care about making timely deliveries, cannot cooperate effectively, and spoils surprises. I am thoroughly disappointed and will never place another order with you. Thank you for your “service.”

The viewing was at 9am Saturday, the flowers were ordered Thursday evening. They were delivered Saturday at 6pm. Pathetic.

First of all no delivery. Called they said it was delivered. But never was. Then promised next day-still no delivery. Called and asked for supervisor who said flowers would be delivered that day. No flowers. He also advised that I should have low expectations that the flowers would be delivered! Then flowers delivered following day minus extra flowers promised for having missed the original date 3 days earlier for someone coming out of hospital who was home all the time. Awful experience.

I was lied to twice that the my order was delivered. It never made it to its destination, but FTD sent me an email that it was delivered! UPS supposedly delivered it, but couldn’t provide a picture if the delivery! I can’t get a real person on the phone to discuss. I am thoroughly disgusted!

Do not order here. We ordered a $130 bouquet and got a $ $35 bouquet. These people are crooks. Don’t use this service!

Do not use this service. They charge and arm and a leg and for same day delivery and thenthey don't deliver. Customer service is in India and you can understand a word they say. When you pick same day delivery it's for a reason FTD! Thanks for ruining it.

They support the activities of illegal brokers and engage in money laundering. I connected my wallet there, and my currencies were downloaded and sent without authorization. I noticed when i want to withdraw my hard earned $30,000 that my transaction is displayed as failed and my wallet is empty. I filed their fraudulent case through www.fusionforensics.tech which enable me to get back my money from the scam company ,they helped me to get back my fund with a very intelligent workers and expert hackers that fight against fraud.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Complete and utter failure to do their one single job. I ordered flowers to the hospital for my aunt's surgery for same day delivery. FOUR days after I ordered them FTD contacted me to tell me the order was delayed. Then they said they would refund 50% and upgrade the flowers. And then 12 hours later I got an email with a full refund (the email was itself a response to another customer's email chain about their missing flowers for a funeral). And then I called to see if my flowers were in fact going to be delivered and got an automated response which sent me to a tracking number which showed that my order was in fact cancelled! So I guess the flowers are never coming, not that it matters because my aunt is already home from the hospital. They had one job. Epic fail.

Ordered Lilies but they delivered an umbrella plant instead without ever advising me of the substitution. They apologized when I contacted them but would only give a $24.68 refund. I told them they'd have to refund the entire product amount (I even volunteered to waive the shipping & taxes) but they wouldn't work with me. I should have did a quick background check online since there's so many complaints about them. What a ripoff.

I ordered the 'top shelf' 3rd level of flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. Not only did they fail to deliver on the agreed date, but they also kept saying they would deliver the flowers each day for 5-6 days over, raising my mom's hopes and then never delivering. After a week of this, they went MIA. Despite my multiple attempts to reach them, they ended up automatically refunding my card for $114 around 10 days later without ever trying to resolve the issue first. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered flowers due to arrive on 05/10, which arrived on 5/13 wilted and dead. Flowers were for mother's day. Spoke to Howard who acted as though he understood and was going to give a refund but then hung up on me. Way to go FTD!

I ordered flowers on line, the hide the $25 delivery fee till you get to the last page! I wrote an address and some how it hand up having a complete different address on the order when the flowers got there the person asked the delivery guy to take it away as it’s a mistake he didn’t agree to take it, left it at the wrong address. I called the company complaining that the address was wrong and delivery guy wouldn’t take it back and the chocolate was not delivered they offered me 20% off for my next order! Do not order from them, bad customer service on top of it all I put twice the address and it had a different address on the order!!

They are good for nothing people they made me believe in them and invest all my money in them, when thing started to get bad with me and my family i ask them for a refuned but still they refused because of that i lost my grandmother because i could not pay for her medical bills, but later i hear about finalresolute.com'' from a friend. they helped me fight for my money and that is how i was able to get my money back.

Rated 1 because no option for 0. Ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my wife THREE WEEKS ahead of time, yet nothing was delivered. Stated in order delivery to business office yet no delivery and no notice of attempted delivery a day later. Sent numerous emails to Customer "Service" only rec'd conflicting emails back; tried phoning several times but cannot get a live body on the phone. Don't do business with this uncaring incompetent company!

Ordered 3 Valentine’s Day gifts on 2/6. I also paid additional to ensure that the gifts arrived before noon on Valentine’s Day. While 2 arrived on time (they were all going to the same person) the third item didn’t arrive. After tracking shipping (from the email) it said that item would be delivered by the end of the day on 2/15. I reached out to FTD several times and didn’t receive a response until I posted about this issue on Twitter.

Placed and order with them for valentine's day. Paid $22.95 extra for delivery on valentine's day. NEVER received the flowers. Never received a call from them. Their website just tells me they will send me a status update when available. 24hr later. Still no update, still no flowers. Still no response from FTD.
