As a 30+ year customer, I ordered flowers for my niece and sister for their birthdays. My niece's didn't arrive Monday, and they didn't even notify me there would be a delay. I checked with her today - No Delivery...2 days late! I called them - they said they would deliver today and give me 30% off my order. I said "OK" I got an email showing far less than 30% off and the wrong order number. I called to see what was going on. They said they can only refund off the flower portion of the order...not the mylar balloon, shipping or tax. To me, 30% off meant "off the total". To them, it meant a lot less! But, they didn't say that when I agreed to a 30% refund. To top if off, I got a massive runaround from customer service. After 30+ years of using FTD, I doubt I will ever use it again. I can't trust them anymore. (And, for the record - my niece's birthday present is still not delivered...2 days late. If it's not there today, I'm just filing a dispute for the total with my credit card company. Every call with their support takes 20+ minutes. Not worth it.)

Ordered 2 weeks ahead 50 Red roses for our 50th wedding anniversary . They came 3 days late. Messed up our anniversary big time! Will not order thru this service again!!!!

6 days before delivery date, we spent time choosing a lovely Thanksgiving cornucopia for our mom’s birthday close to the Fall holiday. Today, 2 days later, I started receiving emails about the item not being available and/or not being able to find a local florist to deliver. They could send it in an “award-winning gift box” thru FEDEX. We chose that option as we really wanted the Fall cornucopia from the website. They replied to my email that the cornucopia would be substituted and sent by FEDEX, but in a basic FTD box. What about the “award winning” box? I then saw that it was substituted for a strawberry swirl bouquet which looked nothing “fall” related cornucopia and cost LESS than what we ordered!! I’m curious to see if it’s delivered on time and what she actually receives… why would you have something online that isn’t actually available? Never again FTD.

Your company is horrible. I ordered flowers for a relative that is I'll and they were supposed to be delivered on a Friday. On Monday that still weren't delivered and they had a lame excuse. Do not order from them.

Worst experience ever! They were to deliver flower arrangements for my husbands funeral, they were to arrive the day before and did not. Then they said they would arrive by 10am the next day and they did not, They never arrived and they still did not refund my money. Worst customer service ever. Not only was there no apology for the flowers not arriving, they haven’t refunded me for flowers never delivered. Unbelievable.

I ordered a flower from FTD on a Friday asking that it be delivered to the funeral home on Saturday. I received an email with my $158.00 receipt on it then never heard another word until after I went to the funeral on Sunday and realized no flower was there from my family. I reached out to them and was told they would research and get back to me. By Monday afternoon, I decided to call them again and they said they weren't able to fulfill my order....so what if I hadn't gone to the funeral and realized nothing was sent....how many times have they dropped the ball and the sender just thinks that the family hasn't sent thank you notes. BUT they keep the money...poor business practices. SHOP LOCAL!!!

I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday. They didn’t arrive on time. I canceled the order and got a full refund. Then I got a email at 7:04pm saying they had been delivered. I told told them it had been cancelled and they could go back and pick the flowers up.

I have FTD plus. I ordered 3 different bouquets over the last 10 months. The last bouquet came with a number of flowers that didn't even blossom until all the others were well dead. There was some indication as to the florist when that bouquet came but I did not remember to save it. I just called to order more flowers but did not want any flowers from the last florist. They would not tell me who that florist was and only apologized and gave no guarantee that I would no receive anything from that florist. What a waste.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM FTD ON-LINE. I ordered funeral flowers for my brothers service and they NEVER SHOWED UP. I guess a $160 sale isn't good enough. I was so embarrassed not having any flowers there from my immediate family. I would give FTD a minus if I could. Extremely disappointed

If you want to order flowers and never receive them or if you want to have your loved ones waiting all day for an invisible delivery, PLEASEEE utilize the services of FTD!

Viewing and Funeral flowers never arrived for services. Very embarrassing especially telling family members how Beautiful the flowers would be. I was told they can arrive 1 to 3 days. This is unacceptable especially for a funeral. I am getting a full refund and $10.00 coupon. I think they need to send some flowers to her daughter. But no, $10.00 coupon. I will never use again.

FTD sucks they use to be good their stuff was worth the money. Now they use local florist to make your arrangements. My $60 dollars flowers sucked I can get the same for $20 in Costco. Unfortunately the flowers where for my mothers bday and lives in a different state and didn’t arrive till the next day sending emails saying it delivered if I didn’t call to ask if she liked I would have never know it was delivered. She showed me a video WOW how cheap a complete ripoff. Unhappy I will never use them again.

I was promised a delivery in Sept 21, 2024. Then I was told it would be Monday the 23rd. Still no delivery. Then I was told today the 24th. Now I receive another email saying the 25th. This was for a birthday on the 21st. I was charged $86 for the arrangement to be delivered in Colorado Springs, CO. While they supposedly have credited me $50, which I still do not see as of now, it hardly makes up for the delays and repeated lies. Never use FTD. They are not trustworthy or reliable. Promises made but not kept.

What an absolute disgrace. I ordered what I expected to be a classy bouquet of 18 pink roses in a gold and glass vase. What was actually delivered was a typical grocery store arrangement of white and pink roses with baby’s breath. I definitely did not order an arrangement with baby’s breath. Nor did I want white roses in the arrangement. They couldn’t even add a different shade of pink!. I have never felt so robbed in my 63 years. I will never order flowers from ftd and will be sure to tell all my friends and family too go elsewhere for their flower delivery needs.

Horrible experience. Friday I ordered flowers for a co-worker's 1 year anniversary of her husband's death, which was on Saturday. I put in the delivery date, they took my money. Saturday comes, I track the shipment, and it looks like it's all on track. Come Sunday, no delivery. Then I'm told they can deliver on Monday? NOT okay. They blew it, failed to deliver, failed to communicate and failed as a business. Go to Bouqs - WAY better quality, much more professional and their selection is incredibly better. FTD lost my business.

I am beyond disappointed with FTD Flowers. I placed an order several days in advance for my sister’s birthday, trusting them to deliver on time and make the day special. Not only did they fail to deliver the flowers, but they had the nerve to email me the day after asking if I would mind if they switched the vase! You missed the entire birthday and then expected me to settle for a substitute vase like it would somehow fix the situation. It’s baffling how a company that specializes in delivering flowers can’t manage such a basic task. Needless to say, I will never use FTD Flowers again. If you want your special moments ruined, this is the company for you. By the way, there was no apology, just a guarantee of a refund.

Would give no stars if I could.. My original order was supposed to be delivered on a Monday to my Mom on her birthday. It was NEVER delivered. The next day when I called they said that they would redeliver it. The driver called my Mom and said they were at a completely different address then the address that I have entered into their website system online! HOW??? Now the flower shop is saying that they are unable to deliver my Mom her flowers! This is completely ridiculous, it was her birthday! And now she didn't get my flowers on the actual day of her birthday and you are making it stressful for her to even receive them, LATE! It is completely unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH FTD FLOWERS!

FTD did not fulfill this order and it was placed on Monday with the flowers to be sent to a memorial service scheduled for Saturday in a church . They did not even attempt to deliver the flowers to the service, instead I received an email notice of "incomplete delivery " after the service was over. The delivery time could and should have been verified ahead of time by either calling me or the church. This is the last time I will use FTD for any orders . Sent from my iPhone

I ordered a bouquet for a friend's birthday online and opted for next day delivery. The flowers were not delivered. I called four times the next day to find out what happened, and I spoke to someone at corporate who assured me that she was going to make sure the order was fulfilled. Well, it wasn't fulfilled. When I discovered the original order had not been fulfilled, I requested a specific florist in the area because I knew they were in the FTD network. The customer service agent told me they could not tell me whether or not the order was sent to them. I hung up the phone, called the florist I requested, and they had not received the order. Corporate stated they sent the order to a third florist, and they didn't fulfill the order either. There was no communication as to why the order was never filled or delivered - this was not a complex bouquet either. I had to make another order with the preferred florist on their specific website - which displayed the ordered bouquet prominently - at twice the price I originally paid. The customer service agents were rude, combative, and constantly talked over me. I'm glad this wasn't an order for a funeral because it would not have made it. I will not give FTD.com any future business. For a company that has been in business for generations, I'm disappointed to see what it has become.
