“First of all no delivery. Called they said it was delivered. But never was. Then promised next day-still no delivery. Called and asked for supervisor who said flowers would be delivered that day. No flowers. He also advised that I should have low expectations that the flowers would be delivered! Then flowers delivered following day minus extra flowers promised for having missed the original date 3 days earlier for someone coming out of hospital who was home all the time.

“I was lied to twice that the my order was delivered. It never made it to its destination, but FTD sent me an email that it was delivered! UPS supposedly delivered it, but couldn’t provide a picture if the delivery! I can’t get a real person on the phone to discuss. I am thoroughly disgusted!”

I noticed when i want to withdraw my hard earned $30,000 that my transaction is displayed as failed and my wallet is empty. “If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Complete and utter failure to do their one single job. I ordered flowers to the hospital for my aunt's surgery for same day delivery. FOUR days after I ordered them FTD contacted me to tell me the order was delayed. Then they said they would refund 50% and upgrade the flowers. And then 12 hours later I got an email with a full refund (the email was itself a response to another customer's email chain about their missing flowers for a funeral). And then I called to see if my flowers were in fact going to be delivered and got an automated response which sent me to a tracking number which showed that my order was in fact cancelled! So I guess the flowers are never coming, not that it matters because my aunt is already home from the hospital. They had one job. Epic fail.”
“Ordered Lilies but they delivered an umbrella plant instead without ever advising me of the substitution. They apologized when I contacted them but would only give a $24.68 refund. I told them they'd have to refund the entire product amount (I even volunteered to waive the shipping & taxes) but they wouldn't work with me. I should have did a quick background check online since there's so many complaints about them. What a ripoff.”
“I ordered the 'top shelf' 3rd level of flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. Not only did they fail to deliver on the agreed date, but they also kept saying they would deliver the flowers each day for 5-6 days over, raising my mom's hopes and then never delivering. After a week of this, they went MIA. Despite my multiple attempts to reach them, they ended up automatically refunding my card for $114 around 10 days later without ever trying to resolve the issue first. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!”

“I ordered flowers on line, the hide the $25 delivery fee till you get to the last page!
I wrote an address and some how it hand up having a complete different address on the order when the flowers got there the person asked the delivery guy to take it away as it’s a mistake he didn’t agree to take it, left it at the wrong address.
I called the company complaining that the address was wrong and delivery guy wouldn’t take it back and the chocolate was not delivered they offered me 20% off for my next order!
Do not order from them, bad customer service on top of it all I put twice the address and it had a different address on the order!!”

Stated in order delivery to business office yet no delivery and no notice of attempted delivery a day later. Sent numerous emails to Customer "Service" only rec'd conflicting emails back; tried phoning several times but cannot get a live body on the phone.
Don't do business with this uncaring incompetent company!”
“Ordered 3 Valentine’s Day gifts on 2/6. I also paid additional to ensure that the gifts arrived before noon on Valentine’s Day. While 2 arrived on time (they were all going to the same person) the third item didn’t arrive. After tracking shipping (from the email) it said that item would be delivered by the end of the day on 2/15. I reached out to FTD several times and didn’t receive a response until I posted about this issue on Twitter.”

Good Morning. I ordered some flowersto be delivered the same day to a very close friend whose father had died earlier that day...Their website said it is same day delivery. I checked the timing to make sure this was still the case and was assured it would be fine ,however one hour after placing the order I got a telephone call to say the delivery company that you appear to use is closed on Saturdays!!!! This should be stated on their website!!!
