Wilted dead flowers delivered on time and smashed rotten strawberries because they were delivered 4 days late sitting in a ups truck Thursday till the following Monday. I. Hot weather. So for my mother's 78th birthday she got dead flowers and food poisoning if she would have eaten the starwberries

Not worth the money. The flowers I sent my sister for my birthday were very disappointing, and came late in the day, after the scheduled window. I've bought better bouquets in the supermarket. After two days, they wilted and looked terrible. FTD did make good on a full refund, but only after I pointed out the policy on their website. That said, the customer service rep was policy and accommodating.

I am a customer who placed an order on October 2nd for a Chocolate covered Strawberry box for my son as a surprise gift. I spoke to the company via phone to ask if they can do hand delivery to my son (not leave at door). It's needed because his apartment does not have individual numbers but people rent rooms in this facility. I called the company before placing the order to ensure they will be able to do hand delivery . They assured me they were positive about that. They stated if they do not find my son there, they would call me to ask how to proceed, they could return at a different time to hand deliver, and not leave it at door. So I spent $93.27 to send the item, only because I was told it would be hand delivered. On October 10th they send me an email that it was delivered. In order to make sure, I called the company to find out if it was delivered to him . The company representative told me that they left it outside the gate. It was a food item that could go bad, how could they leave it outside the main door? My son was not aware to look out for it because it was a surprise. By the time he would see it, it could be hours later. When I expressed my concern, they told me they never do hand delivery, they always send by UPS & they leave it outside. Then I told them I called them to ensure it would be hand delivered, they never told me the truth.

Today I was trying to send flowers to my wife for being so amazing. When I put the address in I accidentally put the wrong address in by 1 number. When I found out what I had did wrong I called FTD right away and spoke with a man named Yakeen who genuinely helped me and made me feel like he knew how I felt and wanted to help me. He fixed the problem right away. THANK YOU YAKEEN for helping me send this special gift to my wife. Because of you I will continue to order from this company because I know that you guys care.

I sent flowers to a loved one on their birthday....booked the delivery two weeks in advance. The flowers were a no show. When I contacted FTD they gave me a song and dance and said they would have it delivered the next day with an upgrade. Well...it's the next day and again no flowers. I called for a refund and they said I had to wait until after 8pm to give the florist time to deliver. It's nearly 7 pm and no floral deliveries happen this late. SO! I get to waster more time on the phone tomorrow to try and get a refund. Wish I could give them negative stars for a rating!!!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a dear friend and when they arrived she sent me a picture of what she received. The flowers were wilted and already turning brown. This is not what I ordered and I expected much better from FTD and their services. This is $132.00 gets you from FTD. I read that there is a 100% money guarantee and all I was offered was $19.00 not acceptable at all. The first picture is what I ordered the second is what she received.

Just ordered a bouquet of flowers that was a little pricey, but willing for my mom. It was on the Internet and advertised as a local floor shop in Florida in their hometown. Turns out after I entered the order online through the local florist. They delivered it to the wrong address on the wrong day. I called the 800 number which I should’ve known, and they said there was nothing they could do. It was evident that the customer service department was located overseas. I do not recommend FTD flowers. They are unwilling to make it right even for an additional cost. Their comment was not our problem terrible customer service and a terrible company that is now run by overseas company.
