“It's been a good, hustle free experience buying from Furniture 123. The midsleeper arrived within a few days undamaged and nicely packed. Courier communications second to none and very helpful. The bed itself was relativelyeeasy to assemble is great for our 8 years old son. He likes it a lot. It's surprising how much stuff you can still store under the bad. Great buy 👍”

“Fantastic service ordered Saturday and was delivered as promised Monday. Great service delivery drivers rang 40 minutes before it was delivered. Easy ordering and communication fantastic. Bunk bed was easy to put together and my girls love it. Will definitely buy from Furniture 123 again”

“Really bad customer service, I paid for next day delivery and they emailed me saying it would be there the next day.... 7 days later it finally turned up with no communication from them even though I sent emails asking daily. On the day it arrived they emailed to my messages saying it was delivered 7 days previous.... definitely wasn't! So disappointed as was so much more I wanted to order but it was a lot of money I spent with them I can't justify shopping again with them when my items may not turn up. They also took a deposit from me when I first ordered which was due to be refunded within 5 days... 7 days later it still hasn't been refunded so that is another battle I'm going to have with them!”

“Absolutely love these chairs. The quality is excellent and they are a good height at our dining table. I bought 6 and they were easy to assemble. A lot stronger than they looked. Also love the shading in the leather which breaks up the tan colour. Much more sociable than my old high backed chairs.”

“Happy with how sturdy the bed is, it happily takes my weight when I'm trying to change the covers etc. Had an issue with the chest of drawers as one part was bowed, they sent me out the spare bit straight away. Customer service was good. Only a few flaws that make it less than perfect, some parts of the finish weren't great, and the holes weren't properly drilled. The tops that go on the footboard and headboard don't feel very secure. I did a lot of research to find the right bed and overall I am still happy with my decision and purchase.”
