“Gorgeous pale grey velvet ottoman has padded quilted buttoned seat lid, & chrome studs on front panel- never expected it to be the quality advertised, its perfect. Website was easy to navigate, chose product, paid, selected delivery; arrived exactly as & wen quoted, txt hour before to confirm. Perfectly 100% satisfied thankyou. 🅰️🅰️🐞”

“Paid for Saturday delivery and all 3 items arrived when advised. Extremely happy with our purchases - well made, good quality and securely packaged - sale prices were a bonus! Overall we were very impressed and would not hesitate to use Furniture 123 again. Thank-you.”

“Terrible customer service. Booked for delivery 21st FEB, only the mattress has arrived, no bed. Phoned to question where it was and customer service did nothing, basically blamed the delivery company and that they had no beds in stock to send another. In the meantime my 3 year old son has no bed. BUNCH OF COWBOYS, DO NOT USE!!!!”

“Great service, price and delivery only down side was that there was no warning of bed slats being stored in back of headboard, so when moving it about they all fell out and thought what the heck was that.”

“Absolutely horrendous!!! Not sure what the product is going to be like because the company can’t seem to understand instruction! Ordered my product in January, upon payment and transfer to booking delivery I confirmed with the company that I could only accept a delivery on a Friday as I live in a different city to where I work. The person on the phone said this would be fine and delivery arranged for a Friday. After hanging up I got a confirmation email for the delivery to arrive on a Wednesday!! After calling the company back a number of times it got rearranged to the only Friday I said I was unavailable. Then rearranged for a Tuesday. Then after another phone call and emails I got confirmation for a different Friday which would have been great, however, I then got a call of attempted delivery on a completely different date! Never experienced anything like it! Would not recommend unless you are always home and don’t need to request a certain day.”
