The delivery guys were great help! So thank you The product itself has scratches & the drawer wouldn’t shut properly, had to get someone to completely fix it for us which isn’t what you expect after paying £300! Overall wouldn’t say it’s worth £300 the led lights are so cheap looking - almost embarrassing to switch on!

Nice item shame about the delivery paid for Saturday delivery and came on Monday! No apology blame put onto the delivery company agreed a refund of delivery cost but was it an inconvenience to me.

The furniture we ordered is lovely, well made and fairly easy to put up. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the customer service. Originally they sent the wrong bottom for one of the wardrobes. We phone , they said they would replace it. When it turned up it was exactly the same wrong colour again. On phoning I was informed that they had sold out of the double wardrobe and we would have to wait until at least August (it being February) to get a new one. I pointed out that rheyust have the correct colour base and was informed it was a very big warehouse. I was upset because we had 2 bedside tables, one wardrobe and a set of drawers all in anthracite. Basically I had to order the larger style wardrobe which was still in stock, rearrange the bedroom (and pay more obviously than for the double) . They would not refund for the double wardrobe until we had rewrapped it in bubble wrap and cardboard and it had arrived back at the very large warehouse, without any damage. I would have to wait up to 7 days for the refund. I actually got the refund within a couple of hours of the returned items being picked up. All came good in the end but was a faff.

I bought a bed and mattress for my daughter and requested it to be delivered on the thursday to fit in with my work schedule. I received confirmation emails of the order and delivery date. On the Wednesday I received a text saying my order was out for delivery. I was already in work and couldn't get home. So I called and was assured by gabrielle that the order was definitely coming on the day I had arranged and not to worry. This was at 9.30am. I got home at 7pm and found my mattress dumped in my garden in the snow. I was really upset about this. The bed came as planned the next day. Not the best service at all. The bed is beautiful and thankfully the mattress was fine.

Really pleased with our sofas, they look great in our space and were exceptionally good value. However really disappointed with the service we received having had our delivery date delayed several times with poor communication

Although the bedroom furniture I bought is solid and looks great, after unpacking from their boxes and on close inspection, there were quite a few chips and scratches out of the wood which could only have happened during manufacture as they had been painted over. Also, the wardrobe, which didn't come pre-built, had holes drilled in the wrong place for fitting the rear sections which meant that I had to source longer screws in order to complete the build. Luckily, these screws are at the rear so won't be seen. The door hinge pilot holes were also drilled in the wrong place, only by a couple of millimetres but, enough to cause 2 out of the 3 doors to hang out of alignment and spoil the overall look. Furniture at this price should have a much higher standard of quality control before being sent out to the customer, in my humble opinion.

On the first day of delivery My bed was broke, I had a call to say it would be delivered Monday. Got a refund for delivery which was done pretty quick.. when the new bed arrived it had a button falling off. Couldn’t be asked to send bed back. Other than those problems beds fine.

Furniture was as described and very satisfied with it. However wasn’t impressed with the delivery. I paid extra for next day delivery, however it did not turn up. After many phone calls to the couriers it was delivered the next day and a full refund given of the charges

I would give 4 stars for the product itself: Pleased with product and it looks good value for money. It arrived in good condition. Email communication from Furniture 1,2,3 was good and prompt. However, I'd give 2 stars for delivery. We booked a Saturday delivery slot because we knew we would be in. Furniture 1,2,3 emailed to say it was being delivered on Saturday, whilst the email from the delivery company said they would deliver on Monday conequently, I missed the delivery. I only received the parcel because the van driver said he'd be in the area later that day so I could call and he'd re-deliver.

The bed is beautiful and delivery was quick although had to wait a further week for the matress which was supposed to be delivered on the same day. Customer service not very helpful

It looks great and solid. The shelves are adjustable to fit boots. The LED lighting adds extra elegance. However, the Advert Photo can be deceiving because the LED lighting on the actual item is not the same. The furniture was delivered in 3 separate packs but the first pack was missing and 2 packs were identical. It took the company 7 days to resolve the issue but thankfully, they refunded the delivery charge.

I bought the end of chest with bolster cushions on either side. The actual chest is very nice and good quality but the booster cushions are velcroed on and honestly look abit cheap. I dont remember reading they were velcro and the photos show them as if they are big proper cushions. Abit disappointed. Delivery wasnt very efficient either considering the delivery price.

Nice looking LED coffee table, doesn’t light up as picture but not too bad. A few damaged items but new items received. Customer service takes a couple of days to email back so takes a while to get answers.

Deliver etc was fantastic and the beds look great but even from putting the bunks together (carefully) there were quite a few scuffs and scratches in the paintwork. I’m not sure how long the paint will withstand active 3 & 5 year olds scrambling over them!

Mid-Sleeper Bed was delivered a later than the agreed time-slot which wasn't particularly convenient and the instructions could use a little work to simplify them. One of the screws snapped being screwed in (by hand) and a joint tightener screw was wedged into hole connecting the frames (which was a pain to remove). Having said that, however, I am very happy with the finished product and so is my son. so 3.5 out of 5 overall.

Bed was delivered on time and the delivery men where nice and helpful. 3 missing parts which meant we couldn’t assemble the bed properly. Instructions where the most complicated instructions ever. However once the bed was assembled it does look lovely.

Wrong delivery instructions, said they were coming and didnt. Got in contact with customer service which you can only do on Facebook as nobody answers the phone. Kindly refunded delivery cost and pleased with product when it finally arrived.
