Bed arrived 1 week after it was due. I wrote to customer service there excuse was that it was out of stock. The only reason we ordered this bed was that it was “ in stock “ online. I’m heavily pregnant and arranged for our old bed to be dismantled ready for new bed so ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor because our bed was late. False selling point as it was “ out of stock “

One of the items ordered was no longer available, although the website showed it in stock and I could pay for it. Refund given promptly. Strangely, I can still order the same item again?

Product was good but delivery was a nightmare. Ordered as next day delivery and it’s the only reason we chose this company but it arrived 3 days afterwards With no word or contact from either the company or their courier service.

Spent over £800 on furniture all arrived fine except I’ve a missing order of a set of tables. Have rang and emailed a good few times but still no item which is £186

Ordered 2 benches for dining room both came with no screws and instructions eventually screws were sent in post then after along wait instructions for chest of drawers were emailed not much use when you have benches to put together finally correct email sent would definitely give 10/10 for the actually benches but unfortunately not for customer service which took around 2 months to finally receive what we needed but then maybe covid is to blame x

Our delivery kept getting delayed and we were informed via email. We were sleeping on the floor having sold our old bed and mattress expecting our new bed and mattress to be delivered on time. When it was delayed for the second time I took it upon myself to check the website. I discovered the bed frame was in stock but the mattress was out of stock for another 6 weeks! The last email we had gave another 2 day delivery delay which didn't add up and I suspected we would just keep getting automatic emails to say our delivery is delayed every few days until the mattress became available in 6 weeks. I sent an email to the company which after 2 days was not responded too and I got another "your delivery is deleted" email. I called customer service and got through to someone very helpful who confirmed my suspicions. They quickly apologised and agreed to cancel the mattress from my order and arranged for the Bedframe to be delayed the next morning. I ordered a mattress from a different company and they offered free next delivery so it all worked out ok. The actually Bedframe was a challenge to put together, it took the best part of 3 hours and at the very end we were missing a single plastic connector for the slats. The bed itself is gorgeous and the customer service when I reached out was great but some issues with the delivery date and missing part means I gave 3 stars.

Too many delays. Sofa ripped on the paper black covering on the bottom and a hole. Stapling quite haphazard but I own a staple gun and was able to fill in the gaps. Sofa looks good. Good price.

Thank you side board amazing came on time. I needed it put on the 1st floor and delivery men would not take it up and just left it Need to employ more delivery men as the people that delivered it said it was to heavy to take up stairs I had to pay someone to take it up to my place

Once the bed turned up it’s lovely! I had paid for next day delivery, firstly there was a problem with the mattress being out of stock so I had to order one elsewhere as they had no double mattresses. Then the day of delivery for the bed frame arrived, waited and waited for it to get a message at 7pm to say it wasn’t going to be delivered! I’d got rid of the old bed frame to make way for the new one and the next delivery date was 4 days later. I tried to call them and was on hold for 87 mins and then got cut off. I then emailed and the response I got was ‘we’ve refunded £10 of the delivery cost.’ I wouldn’t say they’re reliable and I had to chase them for the refund of the mattress as they didn’t even contact me, I had to contact them.

Our order was delayed and rescheduled six times, but they only told us on this the evening before the delivery was due each time, very frustrating , after several weeks of delays I wanted to cancel everything due to frustration but I could get hold of anyone, I emailed the customer service site but had no response , then it all finally arrived, The furniture was all fantastic and I’m glad we didn’t cancel, I did finally get a reply to my emails a week after delivery, I would have been happy to wait as long as we did if I had been told his , but there was no communication , So to summarise, great furniture, terrible service.

Delivery slow. Day 6 of 6 day delivery arrived and payment hadn't even been taken for my item. Emailed for an update, and miraculously payment was taken and my item arrived the next day. Item itself was a customer return described as condition A2. Condition was better than expected and I got a bargain - there was barely a mark on it. That said, some of the wood is rough and of poor quality considering what the original price was. There's no way I would have paid the full price for this item, but I'm happy with what I did pay for it (less than half the original price).
