“Quick delivery, however I wanted to cancel my delivery and choose a different payment option but no one was answering from customer service and I emailed several times. I finally received an email 3 days after the delivery which was too late.”

“Took a little longer than expected to arrive But when a date was confirmed the Delivery was Smooth I love the chairs and bench There comfy and look really stylish but the table does mark easily Already a few scratches which from every day use is a bit of a nightmare to look clean as shows every finger mark Made I wouldn’t recommend the style of table If u have a house full of kids like myself”

“My son loves the bed. Would have been 5 starts were it not for delivery issues. Paid top price for quick delivery option. When I placed the order it said it was available 2 days later (in time for his birthday). Then got an e-mail saying they couldn't deliver it until a few days after that. Said they'd refund the delivery charge but still no sign of the refund :-( The 5 working days have passed since they said we could expect it.”

“Love my bed itself but wasn’t told that I’d have to bring the whole bed into my flat on the first floor myself! Delivery driver was useless. He was even wearing flip flops. I have a 4 month old and had to get a double sleigh bed to the first floor alone!”

“Bought a bed for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. Value was good, some scuffs to the bed once unpacked, but nothing too bad. Biggest challenge was the 7 week lead time, despite the Furniture123 website smadvertising it as “in stock” when I ordered and paid. Customer services were unhelpful when checking why the website was showing back in stock with deliver to new customers as preceding mine which I’d booked abs paid for 6 weeks earlier. Very poor customer service.”

“Delighted with my tables but very disappointed that I was charged £50 for delivery to a 'rural' area when I live in the middle of the 3rd largest city in Scotland. Would definitely put me off ordering from this company again.”

“Delivery was good, the guys brought it in where I wanted it be. Assambling the bunk bed was a bit tricky, there are lot of different screws and can be easily mixed up. You do need two people to assemble it. Also make sure not to over tighten the screws because it will pull the chipboard and make a crack. The kids are really happy with the bunk bed and its really spacious bed for them.”

“Whilst the bed looks fairly nice, now put together. It was an absolute joke to put together. If I spend just under £300 on a bed frame, I expect it to be made to better standards. There were staples covering the holes that we needed to put screws into, there were screws directly under the holes that we needed to put the plastic bits for the slats in. The instructions were not clear and on a couple of occasions were even wrong/incorrectly labeled. The circular holes in which we needed to put screws etc, to attach the foot of the bed to the side panels were all different sizes but far too small to work with regardless. I could go on but the fact of the matter is, I won’t be buying from furniture 123 again. I It took two days of stopping and starting to assemble the bed, because we would have smashed it to pieces, had we not stopped to calm down. Oh and the panel at the back of the headboard was also ripped so its a good job you can’t see it when the bed is assembled. No response since I emailed them with this last week. Shocking customer service and a very poorly made bed frame. Most frustrating £300 I’ve ever spent.”

“I bought 4 items from Furniture123. 1. TV Unit - arrived with some chipped corner, but because I cannot afford to wait for exchange/re-deliver as it has already been delayed due to covid, I did not make complain to Furniture123. Quality is ok, assemblement is a 2 men job as it is very heavy. 2. Shoe Cabinet - same design as my TV Unit but it was delivered in good condition. Happy with the quality too although the instructions to assemble was slightly confusing at first. 3. Mirror Cabinet - came in perfect condition too. 2 men work to mount it to the wall as it was quite heavy, does compliment my modern style bathroom so I am happy. 4. Mirror for second bathroom - came with cracked mirror. I am still in the middle asking for a replacement, customer service has slight delay due to covid which is understandable. I am not sure yet how complicated/easy the replacement process will be at this point. Overall the description of all my products are accurate and I would give 5 stars if it was not due to damaged delivery.”

“Delivery very prompt came on the day with no issues. Only thing was the instructions aren't the clearest and a few errors so had to figure it out yourself most of the time! Apart from that very happy and good quality!”

“Absolutely delighted with the sofa bed I purchased, good quality and a great price. Fabric looks very luxurious and certainly looks more expensive than what it actually cost. The downside was the assembly of the item. My dad is a joiner and it took him a considerable amount of time as instructions weren’t clear and he had great difficulty getting the screws to fit in the current place. Also found the delivery driver quite abrupt. He had difficulty locating the property and then left 2 boxes, one of which was particularly heavy, in the communal hallway to my flat. It was then difficult for me to move into the flat on my own. Overall, great product but assembly instructions and delivery were lacking.”

“Delivery was made on the requested date and the furniture was as expected.good value for money. Bit disappointing to find that you only deliver to the doorstep as this wasn't mentioned when purchasing. My 90 year old mother couldn't get the furniture in on her own.”

“The bed did not arrive on time, however it did come the very next day, but there was no warning it was coming very early in the morning. There was also no communication to say the bed was not arriving on the date given. The mattress was delivered very quickly. On the whole it was an ok service”

“Bought navy blue ottoman after much research looking for that specific colour. Product was beautiful but it was about as far away from navy blue as it was possible to be!! No information came with packaging to say how or if you could return the item”

“POS- Good priced furniture with a quick delivery (arrived a day early!) NEG- Chest of drawers had a ridiculous amount of flat pack pieces. Top piece of wood arrived scratched.”
