“Very good quality bed, but very very difficult to put together”

“Lovely bed, took around 2 and half hours to build as the instructions aren’t clear at all. Other than that, can’t fault a thing.”

“Some parts of the bed look very solid and good quality but I am disappointed by some parts like tha ladder which is not straight. The chest of drawers seems a bit weak so I will only put light items. Overall it looks very nice and the functionalities are fantastic.”

“Furniture is great. Just the customer service and delivery let it down. Changed my delivery date 3 times and took exactly 3 months from the date I ordered receive it.”

“You need to be more transparent with the parcel company you use. Product was two days late and boxes where sodden. Would question if I used you again.”

“Good bed, although when unpacked not a dark grey as in the photo and not a patterned velvet at all. Bed straight forward to put together apart from the nuts onto the bolts at the foot end. Hole cut outs not big enough.”

“Although the furniture was fine, some parts were a bit fiddly to put together, but on the whole i was satisfied. The furniture was due to arrive on a Saturday, well it finally arrived on the following Tuesday. It arrived before the time schedule. What is the point of having an allocated time slot if you are going to then deliver early? It was incredibly lucky I was in! Apparently if you are out they put a card through the letter box. I would have been very annoyed if this had happened Customer services were helpful. regarding this matter.”

“Great item, but not great delivery. I ordered by phone and asked for a specific delivery date the following week, explaining that this was the only day I would be at home. The delivery date was confirmed in an email as was the item despatch. By 5pm, the item had not arrived. So I contacted the courier who informed me that they had no delivery booked in for me, and that they had only received the order from Furniture 123 the previous evening!”

“Table and chairs are lovely. Sideboard is nice , but quality of the parts should be improved. Company selling furniture which is not in stock , long time awaiting for furniture .”

“Delivery date was changed a number of times, on the up side I was kept informed of this. When it finally arrived box damaged but fortunately, the underside of the table not the top. Be aware that when it says "assembly required" it means EVERYTHING. You are basically buying a box of pieces of wood, screws and hinges, usually when you buy a self assembly table the structure that holds the legs on is already attached. Not this one! Very few guide holes either. Instructions are fine to follow though but when assembled the drawer doesn't sit quite straight (and there were guide holes for this so not my poor assembly!). In addition, to put up the sides, two strips of wood slide out and the table top rests on these, unfortunately these sit too low and the top is therefore at a downward angle - will need to attach something to these to remedy it. Again, not down to poor assembly, the gaps the wood slides through are already there. Apart from that it's fairly sturdy once made, it's an ok table, but I am a bit disappointed and not sure I would buy from this company again - unless I could go and look at the furniture first - I suppose that's the problem with buying online. So to sum up, not the best but not the worst either!”

“The piece of furniture I bought from you was great. The experience was very efficient. Like I ALWAYS experience with this company HOWEVER despite (due Covid) we were home and there are outbuildings - the material item was soaked thro by the time we realised it had been left in box at a redundant door 💔”

“Lovely bed good quality and just what I ordered but live in a 3rd floor flat and the delivery drivers wasnt insured to carry upstairs and I'm a single mum on my own. No one had told me this so had to call on a neighbour and my brother otherwise would have been left at bottom and this was 8pm at night”

“Good wardrobe struggled+++ to attach the doors. No delivery time emailed furniture 123 no response, emailed delivery company no response. Got a phone call at 16.00 will be with you in10 15 minutes!”

“LED are not wireless as advertised. Double checked with customer service before ordering it on the phone and the customer advisor confirmed the table has wireless LED lights. Made complaint, received the same lights again. How can anyone put a coffee table in the middle of the room with wire running across the room to the electric supply. Very very disappointed.”
