“ordered a chest of drawers which were fine apart from 24 screws missing no response from two 25 minute phone calls and offline email. couldnt find exact same type elsewhere had to buy slightly bigger and make do”

“Totally awful. The delivery took ages with the date changed 3 times. If it goes out of stock then let the customer know don’t take the money and then lie by putting the delivery date back. Appalling service, recommend No.”

“Quick delivery of a dressing table. Good communications. Quite a robust, solid item. Assembly instructions could have been a bit clearer although parts well labelled which was very helpful. Only 4/5 due to cost, quite a high price.”

“Delivered when stated, the delivery guys called ahead and gave me 1hours notice prior. The unit comes pre-assembled you only have to put the legs on, it is well packaged throughout. It is of good build quality and looks great and just what we wanted for our room”
