“Delivery date was changed twice but given at least 24 hours notice on each occasion. All three items ordered arrived in good condition and have been assembled all look great.”

“I was glad to receive the email telling me that the bunk bed had come back in stock in light grey. The delivery was accurately timed and delivered by friendly team. Instructions were very clear to understand and really happy with my purchase. Thank you Furniture 123!”

“delivery was very good and on time with good communications but quality of chest of draws could be better. advertised as oak but not that close to oak pattern. this was a flat pack and the instruction were very good and easy to follow.”

“I'm still waiting for my delivery for over a week that has been lost and Furniture123 will not answer their phone it cuts off after 5 mins and emails have not been sufficiently answered. Ive been refunded my delivery for the inconvenience - excellent, but what about my delivery itself? Absolutely ridiculous and I then receive an email "How did we do?" Wow. Please can someone get in touch asap!!”

“Bought 2 cabin beds. My 2 girls are delighted with them. Good service and delivery. Unfortunately, I did have a problem with one of the beds during the build where the wood split. I asked for a replacement however received a voucher instead. Thank you Furniture 123”
