“Really poor Really poor. Ordered a bunk bed and mattress. Bunk bed cake (slightly damaged but lovable) and no mattress but a random head board. I have spent 4 days so far trying to get my mattress to no avail so I have a 3 year old with no mattress. And a great big headboard in my driveway because it’s too heavy and I have space. Not once has anyone called me back so I’ve had to ring daily. I’m £120 down so can’t even afford to buy another while they avoid helping me”

“Delivery as expected despite the tragic events with Covid-19 I haven't opened as yet as the furniture needs to go to my son. Unfortunately I cannot ho there until covid restrictions are lifted.”

“We ordered an ottamon, when it came the screws were very loose but will not tighten, there is oil from the metal hinges on the material and the gold legs are wonky and bend inwards, it looks very cheap considering we paid £100 for it. The delivery was ok and I have contacted the company regarding the issues, will wait to hear back.”
