“Emails etc great. Bed arrived on time. Drivers called when they were 15-20 mins away. Bed is great, my son loves it. And very easy to put together, my other half did it shortly after the bed arrived. Would order from here again.”

“I purchased the Eva bedside tables in smoky grey glass with crystal handles and it’s absolutely stunning. The price was half the price I thought I’d be paying. They came well packaged, the guys waited whilst we checked for any damage which there wasn’t any and My order arrived within 3 days which I was thrilled about. This set has left my bedroom looking absolutely stunning. Regards Kerry”

“Was happy to receive when told delivery would happen. Didn’t realise it was flat pack!!!!!! Having problems putting together dining chairs but will get there eventually, I suppose. Week later still not together but have a blister from Allen key on thumb.”

“The furniture we ordered is lovely, well made and fairly easy to put up. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the customer service. Originally they sent the wrong bottom for one of the wardrobes. We phone , they said they would replace it. When it turned up it was exactly the same wrong colour again. On phoning I was informed that they had sold out of the double wardrobe and we would have to wait until at least August (it being February) to get a new one. I pointed out that rheyust have the correct colour base and was informed it was a very big warehouse. I was upset because we had 2 bedside tables, one wardrobe and a set of drawers all in anthracite. Basically I had to order the larger style wardrobe which was still in stock, rearrange the bedroom (and pay more obviously than for the double) . They would not refund for the double wardrobe until we had rewrapped it in bubble wrap and cardboard and it had arrived back at the very large warehouse, without any damage. I would have to wait up to 7 days for the refund. I actually got the refund within a couple of hours of the returned items being picked up. All came good in the end but was a faff.”
