“Excellent customer service and couldn’t have got the beds any cheaper. Got a 2 hour delivery window and it was spot on. This is the second time I have used furniture 123 and both times have been spot on. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.”

“Fantastic service, they delivered so quickly.. the reviews and questions and answers were so helpful. When I needed another part due to a fault they were very quick in sending another free of charge. Would definitely order from them again in the future. Thank you for being such a good seller .. would defo recommend the dynamo cabin bed my son loves it and completes his room”

“Excellent service. Given 2hr time slot. Couriers rang me 20 mins before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. When we unpacked the flat packs for the bed we were impressed with the way it had been packed so that the bed did not get marked or damaged in transit. Will definitely recommend to others”

“I lost a days money taking time off work to take in delivery to find out it had been put on hold. I then rescheduled for the Saturday to receive it and on the fri morn I received a text with a time slot for that day. I managed to arrange someone to get to mine to take in the delivery for it then not to arrive until the fri evening (4 hrs after the time slot I was given) so altogether the delivery side of this was a nightmare and cost me money. But with regards to the bed I brought I can’t fault it.”

“Got an led fire,Fast deliver, Fire was great but they did not send the stones that go with it, After many ignored emails I connected them posing as a new buyer, Got an instant reply,They then sent out the wrong stones, I've since got a £20 refund, so no stones for the fire, I'm now trying to source some stones myself, Not a great experience for this company”

“Beautiful bed. My 6 year old and 4 year old loved it. The only thing I didnt like about furniture 123 is the cost of the postage . I paid £20 for the postage. I believe when you pay £214 for a product the least you should get is a free delivery. Otherwise the delivery was bang on time. The bed looks nice in my girls room. Thanks”
