“First off I arranged delivery for a Monday as I had carpet being fitted that day and didn't have anywhere to store the bed. the mattress arrived on the Friday before and the frame arrived on the Saturday. Very rude delivery driver tried to get me to carry a box upstairs, gave his mate a stupid grin when I refused. Quite arrogant behaviour. Customer service obviously isn't a priority. I have cancelled my sofa order.”

“I was really pleased that all the parts where in the boxes. With careful attention to the instructions I built these bunk beds on my own in just less than 3 hours. The only issue I had making sure that the pieces that the ladder connected to have to be identified before hand in order for them to be put in the correct location. (There’s 4 pieces for the frame base but only one has the holes to connect to the ladder).”

“This pink bed is so beautiful. True that’s it’s a slightly lighter pink than the one in the advertised picture but it’s the most beautiful pinky mauve maybe one shade lighter than the pic but it’s the bed of dreams for your little girl. Delivery was amazing and recieved a time slot. The delivery men made me carry part of it which I wasn’t happy about as was very heavy but that’s not furniture 123 fault I should of made them do it seeing as I payed £10 for delivery and they should not have asked me to carry it actually as it’s their job. Don’t hesitate to get this bed. Myself and my friend put this together ( who needs a man ) It took in total 3.5 hours music on and we really enjoyed it. You will not need a drill as the screws go in very easily as the holes are all marked out. Bed one is very easy ( made by page 8 ) bed 2 with the drawers is a little bit more tricky ( roughly 24 pages in total) but the instructions are very easy to follow. I find all the furniture from furniture 123 to be the best instructions. Previous posts have complained about knots in the wood. Mine had a couple but isn’t that what wood does? And they are painted over. The boxes arrived in 3 neat boxes not as big as you would expect. The mattresses are fabulous I got the one up from the basic one and I’m very pleased with it. Please see my attached picture as I adore this girls room and my little girl loves it. One more thing the drawers do not go back as far as the bed they just go half way so you won’t have as much storage as you think but still very good drawers. Bed 2 manoeuvres around so easily on wheels my little girl can’t wait to have sleep overs. I just can’t tell you how gorgeous and adorable this bed really is. And the gorgeous smell of fresh wood when I walk in her bedroom is amazing.”

“The delivery guys were great help! So thank you The product itself has scratches & the drawer wouldn’t shut properly, had to get someone to completely fix it for us which isn’t what you expect after paying £300! Overall wouldn’t say it’s worth £300 the led lights are so cheap looking - almost embarrassing to switch on!”

“I ordered a bed and paid for a specific delivery date. I had a confirmation email for the delivery and my husband waited in. It said the delivery could come until 8pm so even though it was later than the specified delivery slot we waited and waited. It never came and when I called the next day I was told that the item was damaged and couldn’t leave the warehouse. The phone lines were not open for us to be able to find out where it was after 5pm. No one contacted us to tell us it wasn’t coming and weren’t planning to. I had to chase myself and then was told that there was no more stock so I had to ask for a refund. I reordered the bed when it came back into stock only because I couldn’t find an alternative anywhere else. I am happy with the bed but the service has just been terrible.”
