“Really pleased with my purchase, excellent quality and value for money. Delivery was on time and the drivers were exceptionally helpful and very pleasant, they couldn't do enough, they even took away the packaging for me and checked that everything was ok for me , brilliant service all round.”

“I am very pleased with the Quality, Price but especially the delivery, it was on time and the guys were so helpful. They helped to remove packaging and took the rubbish away making sure that I was ok as to were it was left. So friendly and polite, excellent.”

“A fantastic piece of furniture at a ridiculous price, customer service was excellent as was the delivery service. A recommended company that I will use in the future, as for returns and refunds I wouldn’t know as I fully intend to keep my item.”

“I bought the good quality white bunk beds and best quality mattresses. I assembled them on my own (I’m a 73 yo woman) and the diagrams were clear and helpful. There was no damaged parts and apart from one slightly misaligned hole which I redrilled it went together easily. I only required help lifting one on to the other. Delivery was quick and efficient. The mattresses are good and comfy without being impossible to bend so that I can put on the fitted sheet on the top bunk relatively easily. Heartily recommend this product and this company.”

“Very happy with the Safina Grey material kingsize bed . Took couple of hours to put together,make sure you have the left and right side panels correct or you may think you are missing some holes ! I have to say I am impressed with the look of the bed for the money, looks much more expensive. Lovely high headboard which makes a hotel statement look. Am awaiting samples to place another bed order.Arrived quickly .”

“The delivery came 1 day earlier which was great. Delivered by DPD and I was asked by the driver to help with carrying the 6 boxes from the van to the door!!! That aside the service from Furniture 123 was outstanding and well informed. The quality of our table and benches are great (look more expensive to what we paid) and took just over 2 hours to put together following the basic instructions. The overall quality is great and very sturdy. I would highly recommend Furniture 123 to all.”
