“I have used them for around four years now and I purchase every single audio and video cable from them as I know exactly what I will be getting. They never disappoint as they always have a rapid dispatch and rapid delivery time, on the rare occasion that I have to call to clarify details of something they are always polite courteous and ready to help. 11 out of 10 lol”

“I had an issue with a delayed delivery with a 3rd party courier company. I emailed customer services and received a prompt detailed response with a plan of action. The next day the parcel arrived. Customer service is about how good you are when something goes wrong. Excellent support.”

“What can I say. I'm absolutely "gob smacked" ! I contacted FutureShop with a question on speaker cable replacement, listing my set up and two possible cables I had read about. The following day I had a reply from Nigel with a detailed explantion on the effects the cables would have on my system and a recommendation on a cable I hadn't even considered. Being a bit sceptical, I sat on it for a few days before doing some research. Long story short, I took the plunge and ordered Nigel's recommendation. A pr of AudioQuest Rocket 33 Bi-Wire speaker cables with SureGrip 300 Gold Banana plugs. That was on Friday lunchtime, with an anticapated delivery on the following Tuesday. They arrived the "next day" and pre burnt in ! I fired up my system to warm up before swapping the cables over and was instantly "blown away" at the difference they made between my old Indigo 2's. So clean, crisp and detailed, even old tunes I got bored with have come to life, I cant stop listening now. Nigel, you deserve a "pay rise", what else can I say other than thanks a million to you and your team for the advice and service.”
