“It was good to find somewhere that had the specific product I needed in stock but unfortunately it’s arrived damaged. I’d presume this is more likely because of the delivery company which is a shame.”

“Speedy responce from Future Shop. The Audioquest Cinnamon 48 HDMI cable replaced an Audioquest Forest 48 . The difference between the two is the silver content of 1.25% in the former and 0.5% in the latter and construction details in terms of screening. In terms of sound quality the Cinnamon, compared to the Forest,gives increased musical detail,space,dynamics and bass depth. Compared to the Audioquest Pearl (which is copper with less screening) the change is not as great as a move from Pearl to Forest”

“Very quick service, called and placed and ordered over the phone and collected the item with in 30min. The Item Cord Company Clearway Power High Performance Main Cable for my Anthem 3ch power amp. Great performance as voice and bass much clearer.”

“Hi, order number 200287724. The website browse and choice is superb. Email communications confirming and tracking the order are first rate. Choice of delivery type is very good. Packaging was poor, with an open ended 'wrap around' cardboard sleeve leaving the ends unprotected apart from the plastic bag wrap (which was untidily taped up - not a professional look for expensive and superbly built products). Also no signature was asked for, even though FS messages said it would be, the door bell rang but the package was left on the doorstep in the rain with delivery guy gone within 30 seconds.
