“I am a regular customer with futre shop because usally my order is in stock, but just lately with Nordost cables not in stock, they have gone to their distributor and have arrived within a few days. A recent order issue was proffesionally supported with a prompt email response and care. So highly recommended for serious audiophiles like myself.”

“Bonjour La qualité du service est très bonne au travers des contacts avec ce qui semble bien être des êtres-humains ( pour combien de temps encore ? ) . Des conseils qui ont été judicieux en ce qui me concerne . Par contre la mauvaise surprise, pour les européens ce sont les droits de douanes, dont j'aurais aimé être averti sur votre site, 20% en plus sur la facture !”

“Dave from Customer and Technical Services emailed me a detailed and well written set of recommendations when I let the team know I wanted a new power cable for my Holo Audio Bliss KTE headphone amplifier. I was grateful for the time he spent coming up with 3 recommendations at different price points and I decided to go with the Shunyata item. I'm delighted I did. I've only had the Shunyata Research Gamma NR C15 UK Power Cable in my system for a few days but I've already noticed more power at the low end, with double bass in jazz recordings more tangible, and a bit more air and sparkle at the top end. The improvements I can hear listening through my Susvara headphones are significant and add to the enjoyment of all genres I listen to, from Black Sabbath to Beethoven. Not a cheap product, but definitely value for money in the context of my system,”
