“Difficult to know what products this review is about as I order a fair amount of accessories from them on a fairly regular basis. I usually deal with Mark whose advice is well informed and results in excellent compatibility with my system, which comprises Accuphase, Naim, Hegel, Centgrand and Harbeth.”

“The Audioquest Carbon USB was dispatched just a few hours after ordering and it was delivered the next day. Great advice and great service. With regards to the performance of the Audioquest Carbon USB cable. The difference between this cable and the cheap stock cable that I had, is almost negligible. However, it is early days and more tests need to be done.”

I would like to sincerely apologise for the frustration caused by the courier leaving your parcel at the door without waiting for a signature. I completely understand why this is disappointing; receiving a valuable item should feel secure from start to finish. Regrettably, the standard operating procedure for many national couriers changed significantly during the pandemic and has since become the industry norm. For many delivery providers, the move away from physical signatures allows them to maintain the speed and volume required in the current market. Because these are third-party services, this specific aspect of the delivery process is, unfortunately, outside of our direct control. We truly wish we could dictate every step of the courier's interaction at your doorstep, and we are sorry that this experience fell short of the high standards we strive for. “First off the service from future shop is ok unfortunately my delivery has not arrived yet the day it was supposed to come I had to go out so I changed the location to my local newsagent when they tried to deliver Thursday the shop was closed so I expected them to reschedule for Friday but did not come so I phoned DHL and was told my package had been left in the depot no reason was given why I am not happy.”

Once a parcel is with the courier, changes to delivery location and timing are handled by them, but it’s disappointing that this wasn’t rescheduled as expected. “I bought a couple of Audioquest RCA splitters for a Quad 34 preamp to output to two separate power amps. The quality of the two splitters was very high and they perform very well in this situation. Delivery was extremely fast and the cost for this was reasonable.”

“The service from Futureshop is second to none. All of the staff are happy to help and advise. It's early days with the new TQ silver iii, upgraded from the TQ silver ii. Improvements are definitely noticeable, can't describe fully yet, but the bass feels tighter and everything feels more detailed, more sparkle. I will report back once I have some more hours through them.”
