“I recently bought the AudioQuest Pearl Ethernet cable to replace a generic "freebie" patch lead connecting my Dell PC to the network, and I am genuinely surprised by the difference such a small change has made. I am running a fairly revealing system (Chord Qutest DAC, Topping Pre90, Nord Power Amp), so any noise or jitter from the source tends to show up immediately. Build Quality: Right out of the box, the Pearl feels premium. It isn’t overly stiff, so it was easy to route behind my rack, but the connectors are rock-solid with a satisfying "click" that feels much more secure than standard plastic plugs. The directional arrows are a nice touch, showing that AudioQuest pays attention to shielding orientation even at this price point. The Sound: I wasn’t expecting a "night and day" tonal shift, but what I got was a cleaner window into the music. The "digital grain" that sometimes plagues streaming audio seems to have dropped away. The background feels quieter (blacker), which lets the subtle details of the Chord Qutest shine through. Bass lines feel slightly tighter and less muddled, likely due to the lower noise floor entering the streamer. Service: As always, purchasing from Future Shop was flawless. The cable arrived quickly, well-packaged, and exactly as described. They are my go-to for cables because they offer genuine stock and custom lengths that are hard to find elsewhere. Verdict: If you are still using a generic grey ethernet cable for audio streaming, the AudioQuest Pearl is a "no-brainer" upgrade. It doesn't cost the earth, but it ensures your data gets from A to B with the integrity your DAC deserves. Highly recommended!”

“My first order from them, and I'm in Ireland. They sorted my order and shipped it really quickly. The prices were good, and arrived safely. The Supra LoRad cable is really thick, and a decent improvement over the thin one I was using. The connector is chunky to say the least, but gets the job done well.”

“Having recently embarked on upgrading my system, I found myself in need of advice on various cables and interconnects. I contacted the team at Future Shop by email, and was pleasantly surprised at the speed of their response. I received the relevant information, along with some alternative suggestions, from which I was able to choose. Placing the order was quick and easy, with delivery being exactly when promised. At no time did I feel pressured into making a puchase, I was left to mull over the advice given and to ask further questions at any time. All in all a very satisfying experience.”
