“I greatly appreciated Future Shop working with Atacama to order some shorter supports for my speaker stands to accommodate taller speakers. Shipping to the US was reasonably priced. The only issue was that shipping was delayed in the US as the manifest had not been correctly described but Future Shop were supportive in my interactions with DHL to address.”

“I ordered a Chord c-digital cable online on a Thursday evening which was really easy. The cable arrived first thing on Saturday morning. I’m using it between a Cambridge Audio MXN10 and a DacMagic 200M. So far they seem a good match with the cable.”

“I pre-ordered something in advance of it's release and they were kind enough to email me to check I understood and it was ok. They gave me a date for the delivery and we're a few days early. This is good customer service”

“Swift professional service, as always. Ordered one day, free postage, arrived next day, safely double boxed. Perfect. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was looking for a streamer to breathe some 24-bit/192khz lossless life into my Naim NACN272 amp. The WiiM Pro has done it with ease. I am getting high resolution for a low price. “Great service. My powerbank arrived with a damaged end-plate; I called Future shop and asked them to send me out a replacement end plate rather than having to send back the damaged plug bank, whcih they did nd it arrived within 24 hours. Friendly and helpful. Thanks”
