“This is my 4th purchase of a QSA product! I have now got 3 Yellow and 1 Violet 13 amp UK plug fuses and also a Yellow IEC Jitter plug my latest purchase These products have had a cumulative result on my system, however the jitter plugs burn-in quicker than the fuses and so after 80 hours you can easily hear improvements in transparency/ imagery and soundstage. Even on my 12" BK sub I am hearing improvements in all of those areas not just bass. I have a Violet fuse feeding my Ayre C5xemp sacd player, Yellow fuses feeding my Edge power amp and Puritan PSM 156se mains conditioner only available from The Audio Consultants. I can recommend trying at least one of the jitter plugs and at £156 for the yellow level it is a no brainer as they say and the IEC type is a very tight fit unlike other IEC's in expensive equipment. I need a Violet mains Jitter plug next for my Ayre sacd player and likewise the same for my Luxman phonostage.”

“Delivery was slightly delayed due to Future Shop having to get it from the manufacturer but when it arrived was well packaged. On opening the package I found one of the hex bolts missing from one of the leg packs, so I called customer support on the Monday. Customer support were very helpful and said they would contact the manufacturer and get them to post one out. It finally arrived on the Friday, so I assume Future Shop don't hold stock of this rack. I was a little disappointed that I had to wait nearly two weeks before I could built the rack (hence a lost star) but once built I was very impressed with the quality and look of the finished rack. So therefore I would recommend Future Shop and the Apollo Storm 6 HiFi rack.”

“I had a problem with the picture on my LG G5 TV as it was suffering from colour banding and was nowhere near as sharp as it should have been. Hezron was very helpful and extremely courteous. He pointed out that my 2019 cinema amp could be the problem and came up with a solution which also involved supplying superior Chord HDMI cables. My TV now has the much improved sharper, colourful picture it has always deserved. I am very impressed and so pleased I phoned and spoke to Hezron Duhaney.”

“The Wireworld Supernova 7 optical toslink cable was ordered after discussion with Gary. It performs well in my setup between the Rose streamer and Chord DAC. It replaces my aged QED Reference optical cable and is, in my opinion, a little clearer. The connectors are very good, the rotating ends making a secure connection. Resolution is good for 24/192. I am happy with the purchase and would recommend this optical cable. Everything went well but delivery by DHL was a day late.”

“Bought 2 x 1.5m Tellurium Q Blue Ultra speaker cable. Whilst my Chord Clearway X was good something was lacking with my current system. The Tellurium has added more warmth and better bass. Overall very pleased. Next month will order the jumper cables to match. I often purchase hifi items second hand except when a shop gives valuable advice then it’s only fair to give them the order. Thank you for a very worthwhile addition.”
