“Very nice turntable stand. Good quality wood and metal feet. Easy to assemble. It also sounds better than before now the turntable is on a solid base.”

“Support,Delivery & Product Performance is essential but this is a given from Future Shop as they excell in all of these areas. What sets them apart though is the personal service and communication they give to their customers, I can't fault Hezron in the help he gave me in my recent purchase of an Audioquest Niagra 3000 (much appreciated). “Over the years I have purchased quite a few items from Futureshop. Nothing too expensive, mostly cables and plugs in the main. The team there have always been really helpful and informative even when my shopping list hasn't been of high value. Recently I ordered a couple of headshells which were out of stock at the time. Steve contacted me and kept me fully informed as to when I could expect them. They duly arrived as promised. “Order processing and delivery are second to none. I am still skeptical about expensive cables though. I just picked one that seemed to have the best shielding without being too bulky. Ie van den hul.”

“Excellent Service. I have been buying from futureshop since 2013 and remain ever impressed with the level of knowledge and advice I have received over the years. Multiple purchases of speaker, hmdi, ethernet and coaxial cable have all been dealt with following a genuine grasp of the products they sell and a balance between cost and quality. It is my go to online store and I cannot rate them high enough; pick up the phone or email them for advice - you won't be disappointed”
