“Great service and a great price from Future Shop. I ordered my Chord cables on a Sunday and they arrived within two working days at no extra cost. The Chord Epic cables were beautifully packaged and have made a big difference to my system. They will improve with running in. Not cheap but well worth it.”

“I have been speaking with Mark for a while now about improving my set up. I have a Unison Research valve amp, Vincent CD player, Gold Note Pianosa turntable and Sonus Faber Sonetto 5 speakers. Having added tellurium ultra black 2 speaker cables i asked what else could I do. Change the Fuses was the advice. Really? I was a bit unsure but given the great advice from Mark so far I took the plunge ans ordered two blue QSA for the phono amp and CD player and a yellow for the amplifier. I thought I might here a slight difference, but no each fuse added more. Finishing with the amp I could hear tighter bass, more control and greater definition, amazing. So thank you Mark, cannot recommend fuses enough and these are into the original standard power cables. Givem them a shot, you will be amazed”

“Communication was good, if mechanical. The cable was made to order and proved to be of very high quality, at least visually and physically. I haven’t had time to evaluate sound quality but so far I am very pleased.”

“Future shop have a large range of products compeditively priced, I have purchased a number of products mainly cables. Bought a pack of 10 RCA caps, they looked very smart and snapped onto my amplifiers RCA sockets effortlessly.”

“The service and delivery was excellent. The product looks fine, it's an ethernet cable between my streamer and a wifi extender, but the cable only connects one way round. The cable is directional and so i've had to connect the "wrong" way round. Don't know why this is as the connectors look the same. I doubt it really makes little difference to the sound. Otherwise happy.”

“Ordered online but kept abreast of delivery time by phone and email. An enquiry about protective spike shoes was dealt with effectively by a knowledgable member of staff and added to the order. The packaging of the shelves was very good, everything arrived in top condition. The stacking hi-fi shelves were of excellent quality as you would expect with performance levels to match. Very pleased.”

“Wasn't keen that the supposed audiophile adaptor had to have a shoe slid onto it for UK power supply,another unnecessary break in synergy and it heats up very quickly,back to back testing with original hasn't promoted a favourable leap in sound quality...no worse no better just sales bumph”

Hi Ed, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the iFi Audio Micro iPower2 didn’t provide the improvement you were hoping for. We appreciate your comments regarding the UK plug arrangement. This is part of iFi’s design for the power supply rather than something added by Future Shop, although we understand that some customers may prefer a dedicated UK plug design. The iPower2 is designed as an ultra-low-noise power supply to reduce electrical noise reaching compatible audio equipment. However, the audible benefit will depend on the equipment it is powering, the quality of the original power supply and the system as a whole. If your back-to-back comparison produced no worthwhile improvement, we completely respect your findings. We also note your comment regarding the unit becoming warm and will be happy to investigate this with iFi if you have any concerns about its operating temperature. “I was looking for an LP cleaner and found the spin-clean on future shop's web site, purchased it and it arrived the next day first class royal mail. Not used the product yet but very impressed with the service, I shall definitely use futureshop in the future.”
