“Futureshop have always been very consistent in their general service, always dispatching items as soon as they are available (usually immediately), and their customer service is second to none if any problems arise. The items always arrive well-packaged too. Thoroughly recommended!”

“Great service from Future Shop, order coaxial cable on the Sunday. Got email next day saying order was being made,later in the day, next email saying item has been dispatched. On the Tuesday my item arrived. Cannot fault the service from beginning to the end, highly recommended company.”

“They respond very quickly to inquiries. They are not flexible regarding the product price. They are unwilling to assist potential customers outside the UK in facilitating the reduction of applicable taxes. They are rather complacent—a result of having a high volume of orders that ensures a certain level of comfort.”

On pricing, we always try to offer fair and competitive prices, but unfortunately we’re not able to discount every product or match every requested price, particularly where manufacturer pricing and our own costs limit the flexibility available. Regarding taxes on orders outside the UK, we’re happy to help customers understand the available delivery options, but we cannot reduce, avoid or incorrectly declare legally applicable import duties or local taxes. These are determined by the destination country. Where available, we now also offer a Duties & Taxes Prepaid option to make the process simpler and more predictable for international customers. Finally, we’re sorry you felt we were complacent. That certainly isn’t how we want any customer to feel. We never take our customers or their business for granted, regardless of how busy we are, and we’ll take your comments on board.
