“Quick international shipping and as always great dealing with future shop. Only quibble I have is I ordered 1 pair figuring I’d get a pair for a pair of speakers. But turns out buried at the bottom of the page in specifications it says pair I.e one speaker. Wish I would have noticed that earlier (my bad I guess). Will have to make another order.”

“Honestly i really cannot fault futureshop,i have purchased many items from them,cables,mscaler,qutest dac and the service has always been superb.Returning an item like when i measured my Tellurium Q speak cable incorrectly which is factory terminated,I made a phone call to Futureshop and they were so nice,really wasn't an issue,I returned the cable and reordered the correct length,got my refund,to be honest they didn't have to do that.Basically i don't shop anywhere else for my Hifi needs,they are great guys to deal with.”

“Rang Future Shop as i wanted to replace my 32 year old QED 79 strand bi-wire speaker cable , having upgraded all my Hi-fi components over the last 4 years.I spoke to Mark who patiently answered a few questions i had regarding Audioquest Rocket 22 bi-wire that i had identified as the replacement.Mark was very helpfull and i went ahead and ordered it.The delivery was very fast, arriving in just two days.I have now fitted the audioquest cable and strait away noticed a wider soundstage, with better detail then the QED cable, also the sound is louder at the same volume then the QED. I guess the sound will improve further as the cable runs in.I would have no hesitation recommending this company.”
