“Excellent service, always use Future shop , I've had four Audioquest Hdmi cables from them no issues at all. Plus delivery was next day , fantastic.”

“Great choice of gear. I ordered a mains cable and an optical cable at 11:30, paid extra for next day delivery and the parcel was in my hands just after 10:00 the next day. Well packaged, competitive pricing. First time using and would definitely return for further purchases”

“I have a refurbished classic ipod and was struggling to play it on my music system. I own a Denon M41 and after getting in touch with Denon their recommendation was the audio cable bought from Future Shop. I phoned the shop and spoke to a very friendly assistant, placed my order over the phone. It came the next day and it works extremely well. The sound quality is excellent and I would be happy to buy from Future Shop again. Kind regards.”

“This is not my first purchase from Future Shop and each experience has been a breeze. This latest purchase, my delivery was slightly delayed due to delay from the manufacturer of the item. However, future Shop kept me updated all the way. In my experience, customer service is fantastic; responses to queries are prompt and the staff are knowledgeable with their products. I have always found their products of high quality.”
