Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you were otherwise happy with the cables. As our custom cables are individually measured, cut and hand-terminated, there can occasionally be a very small tolerance in the finished lengths. We do our best to keep the pair as closely matched as possible, but slight variations can occur as part of the hand-built process.

“Speedy response to queries and when I did order on a Friday around 3:30pm, it was shipped within 10 minutes & arrived the next day. Excellent service. The Audioquest products were well packaged and are quality items (NRG-X3 mains lead & Forest coaxial).”

“I was trying to solve a 'handshake' issue between my Innuos Zen and DAC. I tried an ifi Purifier but it did not work. I was able to return the Purifier without any problems.”

“The delivery was fine. The product is also very good. The problem is I didn't know how to use it. There were no instructions and I had never installed a digital coaxial cable before. Nothing about unscrewing the collar to reveal the claws, sliding the connector on to the jack and then screwing the claws back on the jack to make a tight fit with good electrical connection. If you didn't know this it would eventually fall off. I examined it closely and worked it out for myself. Many others would have sent it back saying it didn't slide on to the jack. It might no be Future Shop's fault but the least they could do is make sure people know how to use it.”

Hi Alan, Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you were happy with the delivery and the product itself. You make a very fair point regarding the installation. Whilst this locking RCA connector is designed to provide a more secure electrical connection, customers who haven't used this type of plug before may not realise that the collar needs to be unscrewed before fitting, then tightened once the connector is in place. We'll review the product page and look at adding clearer installation guidance to help future customers. Thank you for taking the time to highlight this.

“I recently purchased a pair of QED XT25 speaker cables and the goods arrived quickly, no hassle at all. I am very pleased with the XT25 which are a marked improvement compared to my previous hard core cables. A smoother sound in general and better bass.”
