“Very easy to order on web site, despatched the same day (Packaged very well) received next day. All my components now have this product installed (weight dependable) and the sound quality is much improved in clarity and tightness. Would have now hesitation in recommending product and company. Well done staff of Future Shop.”

“Great price, terrific support, prompt delivery. The only down side is that the purchase involved the kind of product that you shouldn't need to replace in a hurry: otherwise, I'd have no hesitation in choosing Future Shop again.”

“Purchased a roll of flat speaker cable for surround speakers. The only company I could find with stock. Delivered within a few days, well packaged and nicely terminated. Happy with purchase & would use Futureshop again.”

“Extremely good service i.e. speed of delivery, packaging etc. Website good but glitches and speed need improving. I bought an optical audio cable. Rather limited options at the length I required. Arguably not your role but an ingenue such as myself would have benefitted by guidance as to which cable quality and therefore perhaps which brand was going to be best or at least most appropriate for my system. Possibly I should have gone for a more expensive one but I don't think you had the right lengths.”

“The store was very responsive; however, I had to pay €131 (in addition to shipping costs) for customs clearance fees, which I find excessive. These FedEx fees were not mentioned during my purchase.”

Hi Jerome, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the service was responsive, though we’re sorry for the frustration caused by the customs charges on delivery. For orders shipped to Europe, UK VAT is not charged at checkout, and local VAT and any customs or clearance fees are applied by the destination country once the parcel arrives. We do outline this on our shipping page and in our terms and conditions, but we appreciate that these charges can still come as an unwelcome surprise. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused and thank you for your understanding. Your comments are appreciated and help highlight where we can communicate this more clearly.
